Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You can't flag a Rom for a different device on your device. In fact, you're lucky you haven't bricked your device. Only flash runs that are made specifically for your device. See the development sections in this for your specific device,http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-neo

I found a file you may be looking for:
> Samsung Galaxy A Series > Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8 General > [Lollipop][Official] New Galaxy A7 (A700F) firmware released [A700FXXU2BOH1]
As for instructions, I did not see any (they may be in the download), but you can ask in that thread once you have registered for an XDA account.

I did a quick search,but couldn't find any custom ROM for your device.
You can root your device and flash TWRP using the guide here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/samsung-j1-ace-sm-j110f-m-g-root-twrp-t3276290.Then wait for a dev to pickup your device and develop for it.
