Get the SystemUI(notification bar) and the s5 apps:
Download the folder and copy the apps on the system folder to their respectives folders to /system with Root Explorer, don't forget to change permissions to "rw-r--r--".
The installnormally folder you know, just install as a normal apk.

To get the Notification Panel Tiles like the s5, you just need to edit your build.prop like on this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2675804

Some S4's ROM have a different SystemUI.apk that don't let you have the s5 notification panel, if you have this issue download our systemUI.apk, replace and it will work.

I tried installing it but it force closes on opening.
Updating the play store version also doesn't work.

It has to be installed in your System/app folder with correct permissions (drwxr-xr-x for folders and rw-r-r for apps) and it should work.

Confirmed working.
Just to verify:
Download file above:
Place in:
/system/app/SBrowser_4_LATEST/
Rename old apk (I just placed a .off at the end of the extension)
Copy in your new one you downloaded from above.
Set file permissions as:
0644 (Read = Owner, Group, Others)
(Write= Owner)
(Execute=)
rw-r--r--
Reboot and you should notice the icon change, Go to settings and About to confirm version

Download the font file from here, rename it to whatever name your phone uses for the emoji font, copy it to /system/fonts, adjust permissions and restart.
Also, you don't need a rooted phone to copy the file. I'm not rooted and I browsed /system and uploaded the font file to Drive using the Amaze File Explorer app.

Yeah, stock file manager only shows internal storage and SD card. The /system is actually read-only, so you can access it and copy files from it, you just have to use a third party app. Enjoy the Samsung emojis, cheers!

I am using Huawey Mate 9 on Android 7.0 and I cannot edit .txt files created under Samsung Note3. In fact, for that matter, I cannot create any new files under my SD card memory or local memory using any App.
I can only create and edit new files created with another default App that came with the phone called "notepad".
I need to edit my original files/documents. Can anyone help me fix this annoying problem, please?
