My g3 was working fine as i bought it from a shop. But later it started going into a bootloop. I flashed the stock firmware but still it goes into bootloop when i insert a sim. and the network is also permanently locked when i run it without a sim. what should i do? i am using it with a non at&t sim.

Edit: Decided to return the phone.
I picked up a Consumer Celluar Moto G phone yesterday.
Following the guide on this site I flashed it to a stock android rom Android 4.4.3 Blur_Version.210.12.32.falcon_umts.Retail.en.US.
Phone updated to 4.4.4 over wifi
Then I put in my AT&T sim, unlocked it through a code on eBay, and it's not picking up any signal from AT&T.
I tried to flash it again with a different rom but it failed on the first step.
Is there any way to save this phone?

Unlocked D850 for TMO now I can't get LTE with AT&T, TMO LTE works fine. I have both AT&T and TMO sim cards . I'm running Stock KK rooted . I did upgrade to lollipop and still no LTE on AT&T, but lost root so I downgraded back to KK via LG Flash Tool.
I tried a few different APN's with no luck. IDK any help would be appreciated

Which APN's did you try??
I tried the nxtgenphone that was the default one when I put my AT&T sim in. Also tried "phone", this one I get 4g but not lte. I also found one that was either "pto" or "pta" I think it was "pta" this one I get no data at all, same with the "nxtgenphone"

Hi! My Second SIM Slot got locked up after installing a custom ROM. Is there a way to keep the second SIM Unlocked, I tried changing the CSC to the default one and it's still the SIM. BTW I got mine from Smart here in the Philippines.
If the second SIM is important, I'd go back to the working setup, until I researched a working, DS Exynos (?) ROM.
Why don't you install the original ROM, that supports Dual SIM capabilities?
Try that and see if it works.
I got my s8plus from t-mobile. I got it unlocked and was using if with att for months.
few days ago I upgraded software (standard Ota). After restart I got message that new sim was detected and I need to restart again
after that all t-mobile apps were removed and I got plenty of new stuff from att together with att logo
How can I go back to t-mobile version?

Flash the Tmobile csc for your current firmware
This is stock phone. I don't want to go through root and custom recovery
any other options?

You don't have to root to flash tmobile software.
My friend got a used SM-G920R4, has AT&T, and wants root. I want to get the AT&T stock firmware to put on it, then root it. The sim works once AT&T settings get added to the network list, however mobile data doesn't work. He is running Android 6.0.0 and has an unlocked bootloader.
