Hi xda members.
My friend opened an e-mail attachement and all files were crypted by ransom32. Does anyone already encountered this problem?
If yes how have you solved it?
P.S.
If I write in the wrong section please apoligize me and move it in the right section.

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. I can see you've also posted asking the same question here:

Please refer to the XDA Forum Rules for information regarding the creation of duplicate posts/threads. You've been answered in the other thread, please check there.
Thread closed.
I already started a thread under:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6/general/honor-6-l04-sony-smartband-swr10-t3052942
But since the XDA Honor Forum is not as frequented like a Samsung forum i want to try a general approach to tackle the problem.
Can any devs help to locate the problem?
I can help with a logcat when needed.
Thanks in advance
Jay

So I'm going to close this thread.
I've been reading threads regarding sensor issues in Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus GT-I9060I after rooting and I've found a way to get the sensors working with keeping the device rooted. But I don't know where to make the post and how to upload the necessary files on xda. I need to help on this issue ASAP so that I can help others
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. There is not a dedicated forum for your device on XDA so the best place to post your information is here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general

Thank you so much for helping me out. As you can see that I'm a very junior member of xda and I don't know how to upload files here. Please tell me the process so that I can help others

Hi guys, and first of all sorry for this post, i'm not trying to reach 10 treshold, but i wanna just know if it is possible to link images in a post if you are new like me, the system says that you can't link external website (hosting images website), if you don't have at least 10 post as user.
Thanks in advance for the help and sorry again if this is the wrong section.
