I just bought a new galaxy s6 and now im not finding any way to root it
It is :
SM-G9208
Lollipop 5.1.1
Build Number G9208ZTU1BOGB
Please help me , i cant return it and i really need to root it...

I saw this thread but some users reported boot loops, and i dont want to brick the phone... It says 9208 but not the rom version :/

I have the same version and have been unable to root via motochopper and other root methods since I bought the phone a week ago. Anyone have any advice?

i have bought my i9515 before 1-2 months, so i dont wanna root it u know.. but this kit kat freaks me out with that sd card, cant delete anything , cant move anything, cant download my apps on the sd card,and so on... so i want really badly to go on lolipop(also i heard that the s4 is getting twice faster), but the problem is that i dont receive any update(my father has i9505 and he got an update for lolipop) , why i dont receive any update.. how can i get an update without rooting or what shall i do?

should i use odin or pingpongroot ? and i dont know what to download exactly

Since your still on 5.0.2 pingpong root is the safest method.
