As Google dialer is not available in Italy through Playstore, I tried installing an APK (as I did on my N5X), but app doesn't get installed...

Google dialer?? do you mean normal Phone dialer which comes pre installed with phone? or is it any other app ??
No, Google dialer, stock rom has AOSP dialer...
I think it has to be flashed via ADB/Fastboot or via TWRP. Never done it, so I can't confirm.

It works even as user app, but I don't know why it doesn't get installed on Moto G...

Go to settings, apps, all. GO to Play Store. Clear cache and data. Reboot immediately. See if that does it

You must not have looked very hard. I just found it with Google in under 30 seconds.

Install the CM App Installer .apk and use it to download all the CM apps, including the file manager.

I had installed the CM Apps app available on the Play Store. This one seems a little more update but the apps aren't the latest.

I guess the one I'm looking for isn't available yet...
i tried to search for the apk itself but no luck. I found the one in switch you have to place the folders in the systems part but I cant seems to get it to work. If you have a direct apk, i'd appreciate it.

No. Being that it is a Samsung app, the frame work and such should match, allowing it to be installed easily.

Yes, but not always. Sometimes app permissions are not automatically configured, and a lot of the Samsung apps are meant to be installed as system apps, or they will not work. Unfortunately, without root, there's not much we can do about that.

How to enable them?
First make sure you meet the following requirements:
Android Lollipop 5.0+ Device
Any Activity Launcher
Latest Play Store (Check through Play Store>Settings>Play Store Version)
Latest Play Services(Dont worry, Updates are automatically installed)
A working BRAIN!
Then follow these steps:
Launch the activity com.google.android.finsky.instantapps.SettingsActivity
Select an account for Instant Apps
Follow the on-screen instructions
Let Google Play Services for Instant Apps download and install
Open Google Play Services(Lollipop:Through Launcher Icon, Marshmallow:Settings>Google)
Tap on Instant Apps and check if they are enabled
How can I use Instant Apps?
Search for an Instant App, say, Wish(more are given in the Android Devs Website), and see if there is written Instant. If there is, then tap on it to use it.
Why the title says "TESTING"?

Also, works on my Nvidia shield tablet k1 with Nougat, latest FW.
I have do it on my mi2s with marshmallow but didn't work (after changes, instant apps doesn't show up on Google settings)
I successfully enabled instant apps but Google search still doesn't give me instant apps results.

Really doubt the apk in the video description would work. I don't think that tool is latest and can handle Mate 30 series

The original Lzplay.net method is working with my mate 30 Pro. The installed Google Apps still works now.
And the izplay.net is a fake site, don't try that
I bought one on Ebay obviously from China the seller said he woukd install Google apps for me I've bought a few phones from the seller is this for users that have not installed it yet it your good it already installed?
