You can download the official stock firmware of your device using XperiFirm and flash it using FlashTool.That should solve your issue

You can flash the TWRP mentioned in the link and flash SuperSU from the recovery to root the device.

this is what happens when i try . search this on you tube 20160130 160750 this a video i made of me trying to flash twrp with odin. i cant post the link because i am a new user sorry thanks for your help

I didn't find any ROMs for you device on XDA.If you're root you can't flash the OTA if it's already available.You'll have to flash the full ROM.
