[Completed] Online ROM Development

I am learning custom rom development.
I went through a few tutorials about it in which you have to download 15-20GBs of source before proceeding.
I have a limited plan with low bandwith.
Is there any way through which I can develop my rom online on a server, compile and edit it there and directly download the final version?
If yes can you suggest some websites and tutorials!

Hello,
Since your device doesn't have a device specific forum as of now, you may visit here Miscellaneous Android Development and find a rom for yourself.
If there's no development for your device as of now, you may keep an eye on the forum to check latest development news for your device.

[Completed] create device tree for a non- existing cm device

Hi,
I already compiled cm13 for my P3100 using muppets repository and @Android-Andi s help.
Now I wanna compile a cm rom 13 for my Galaxy Tab A SM-T555/GT510LTE which is unknown to Cyanogenmod.
I have a boardconfig thx to @ashyx already but besides its work for recovery there seems to be no work on this device.
I have /system folder from stock 6.0.1 rom extracted already and boardconfig.mk, but need to know how to create new device tree for this device or which blobs to use/where to link/ where to copy.
Or is there any custom rom thread for this deviece yet?(only found other git repositories for GT510WIFI).
Also there seems to be no device-specific forum at xda
Thanks
