[Completed] How can I fix a bootloop?

Hi, i have an Xepria M and i have tried to root it, but I obviously done it wrong since after doing so my phone just keeps booting over and over. What can I do? Please help me, I´ve tried a reset by pressing power + up button, didn´t work.

im stuck at the logo plus powered by android screen , i cant get into the CWM recovery but i dont know what to do please help

[Completed] my nexus 5 turn on and off non stop when i plug for recharge, how i fix it?

I tried to press for the hard boot volume up and down and power at the same time. Keep on reloding the google screen. I currently use a root for my phone maybe its causing the problem? i just wanna know how to fix it
