Hi Guys,
i have bought as second hand used an htc one mini. It's the International version. I live in Italy.
The device report the following info, made by the previous owner:

It has TWRP recovery and Android 4.2.2. I don't have any NandroidBackUp or info about how was s-offed ..... it's used
I would like to fully restock it, deleting "tampered" and "relocked". Fully Stock

the question is how can i change the hboot or the radio so i can flash back the ruu because the newest ruu(4.4.2) isn't out yet. it isn't even out for the at&t htc one. i bricked my phone trying to fix the calculator app on my phone and adb sideload works but the roms that i sideload doesn't work. i tried many of them. and adb push doesn't work either. it gives me error:closed.

[Q] [HELP] Can't load Recovery or Boot into ROM after HBoot 2.16

Hi everyone,
I tried to update my HTC One S (S4) HBoot from 1.06 to 2.16 so that I can run KitKat 4.4.4. But after the update, I'm not able to boot into TWRP or my original rom. If I choose recovery, it just reboots and gets stuck on the CyanogenMod Boot Screen.
I tried RUU but that failed -RUU_Ville_U_JB_45_S_TMOUS_3.14.531.11_Radio_1.13.50.05.31_10.30.50.08L_release_309489_signed_ICS_2.exe.
I tried flashing TWRP again but that failed - twrp-2.7.1.0a-ville-dm.img, twrp-2.7.1.2-ville.img, twrp-2.7.1.2-ville-dm.img.
I tried fastboot erase cache.
Any other thoughts?

Thanks! I actually fixed the issue before i saw your post.
I tried to install this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2322755
found my cid wasn't correct so i changed it to 11111111 -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317536
this finally allowed me into twrp, but my internal storage was corrupted.
so this helped: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2086156
then i was able to install the rom from the first link, after that updating to cm11 was a breeze.
hope this helps someone.

RUU doesnt work - S-OFF doesnt work

i want to Stock back - i tried many ways to install a RUU but i have alway a Error Code 131 or 155. And now i install the ROM Pacman ROM but i want to install RUU or a Stock ROM.
You can see i make a SuperCID with 11111111 - but i can install S-off with facepalm on this ROM.

i cant get bootloader options
like

simlocks

i can only relock and unlock bootloader
cant use direct mode to s-off
instead fastboot mode
