Is there a mod I can flash to allow the notification shade from the lockscreen? Would be nice to access Torch without having to unlock my device...
EDIT: I should point out that I don't use the lockring, and I like how 4.4 eliminates the lockring if you use a PIN for security.
EDIT 2: Even a (gigantic) Torch widget for the lockscreen would be acceptable.
So you're not able to pull down notifications or toggles from your lockscreen? By default you're able to but maybe not once you've set a password. There are many flashlight/torch widgets however.
There is a mod for Xposed called Notification Mod that enables you to pull down your notifications shade when you have a PIN lock. Couple that with the torch quick settings tile from GravityBox and you'll be good to go.

i use widgetsoid to add a torch toggle widget to the lockscreen, and i've just set my unlock to be pin rather than slide and it still shows up, so that might be worth looking into
We have a winner! This thing is perfect. Completely minimalist, it's just a small, or medium, or huge plain flat holo-style icon as a widget on the lockscreen. In all sizes, it's centered. Tap it and the LED goes on, tap it again and the LED goes off. Couldn't have asked for a better solution. And to think, I was just about to spend hours trying to figure out what the heck "Xposed framework" is and what ROMs it's compatible with and how to use it, just to get a flashlight on the lockscreen.
How is this not a feature in every ROM yet???

Hello,
I would like to know if there is any super minimalistic and customizable pattern lockscreen replacement for my Galaxy S4. I would only like to keep the transparent notification bar which shows me time and battery. The stock one is pretty fine, but I would like to remove the big clock, operator text and the pattern dots on the screen so that they maybe should appear when I touch the screen or something like that. Is there any app where I could do something like this? I really only want the lockscreen background picture, notification bar and pattern lock appear when I touch the screen or maybe just a hidden pattern lock.
tl:dr: minimalistic, customizable lockscreen where I can remove everything from lockscreen.
Hi! I just switched to a custom lockscreen (AcDisplay) and it works perfectly save for one minor problem: When I turn on the screen, I can see the status bar and soft keys sliding out of the screen as the lockscreen app goes into immersive mode for about half a second. Although small, this is pretty annoying and I was wondering how I would go about disabling it. I'm on 5.1.1 rooted w/ XPosed BTW.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Hello everyone!
I'm looking for three different things.
I'm using rooted 8.0 Oreo S7
1. Changing the volume bar notification to a smaller one since it covers a lot of the screen.
2. Adding a volume bar to the lockscreen when playing music.
3. Having the album cover art of current song as background image on lockscreen. I tried Good Lock but it didn't work for me.

I'm looking for a screen Lock app that can display the clock at the bottom of the screen.
FWIW I downloaded Lock Screen Clock Mod from Xposed. It works well but whenever there's a new notification it moves the clock as well. So ideally, a lock screen app that also allows me to manage notification behavior would be good
I tried acDisplay but couldn't change the clock location, nor did it have any security features.
Oh...and I'm on Marshmallow. OnePlus X, stock ROM. Rooted.
