Hey Guys,
I wanted to ask a quick question. I am currently running LeeDroid's rom and I am done with it. I want to go back to what comes with original rom with ATT. I have HTC Inspire any recommendations where I can get it? I tried searching the forum but all the stuff seems from the begining of the year. I am not sure if there is something more recent. I really appreciate your help.
Thanks

If I understand you correctly, you could just use the Ace Advanced Hack Kit (you're gonna have to Google for it, the developer pulled his work from XDA and thus it would not be proper to link to it) to unroot and flash back to the stock ROM, then use the Software Update to update to the latest version. Alternatively, Gizmoe has taken the latest stock ROM update and rooted it. You could always flash that and keep root, if you wish.
It was the first ROM on the I4G's developement page. Jeez peeps, search for it

It's not pure stock, bloatware is gone, there's some tweaks, and you retain root.
If you want to lose root (not sure why anyone would), you can download the update package from HTC. You'll probably lose everything you have , but you'll be on 100% pure stock.
Installing OTA update if you're rooted doesn't work
tried it, update does not launch, but again, why would you

Which is the best way have a rooted or unrooted android? I have galaxy tab 2 gt-p5110 and im unrooted , i think to root but i dont know, is this the best choice? Will this damage my tab?
go for it ! you will be able to use many apps that need root, flash custom roms, etc
if you read around you will find that you can get back to stock as simply, when you want

Wow. You didn't search very hard for an answer did you? The thread you need is pinned at the top of this very Q & A section in which you posted this thread.
Hi,
I'm using a nexus 5 and have rooted and put on franko kernel.
The new android update has come out and i'd like to download it but I'm not sure whether I need to roll back the kernel to stock?
If I do, is anyone able to point me to a relevant article? Anyone know where to get the stock kernel?
Advice appreciated.
Thanks,
S.

Hi
Read this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/info-nexus-5-ota-help-desk-t2523217
My rooted phone will not let me into my playstore, i think this could be do to rooting and then doing the android update, or maybe the freedom app i downloaded at one time. It also says I lost root. Anyways I was stupid and thought I new what I was doing and think I may have really screwed up my phone. Will flashing stock firmware fix this? think i have looked through the threads already and I think I have a good handle on this whole flashing stock firmware. My question is if I give you guys my build number/ phone info can you tell me what exact firmware I need to revert to stock? Build# VRUFNK4 for a SCHi545 samsung galaxy S4 G. Let me know please. Thanks!

The best way to flash back to stock is using Heimdall one-click. Complete instructions are available at: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1470716
