Hi!
I have question to users of this ROM.
I want change my MAC numer on my OnePlus One but I can't find the file to change it.
On my Galaxy S3 I go with Root Browser to: efs/wifi/.mac.info and change MAC in this file and it WORKS. But on my OnePlus I haven't efs folder.
Where can I find file to change my MAC adress?
Please fast reply
1. (Requirements) Have a rooted device. (i don't know if busybox is required but in doubt, install it)
2. Install a file manager (Root explorer reccomended)
3. Go in settings, wifi, tap the three point at bottom right, advanced, and disable "scanning always avaible"
4. Open Root Explorer and go in this directory: /sys/devices/fb000000.qcom.wcnss-wlan and you'll find a file called: "wcnss_mac_addr"
5. Open "wcnss_mac_addr" with text editor
6. you'll see only your current MAC address. You can just edit it (edit only last digit recomended) and Save changes.
7. Disable and re-enable Wifi, and you've just edited your MAC address!

HTC One X+, not work. Android Revolution 8.0. After i go to settings - mediaoutput - search, i w got HTC media link menu. Its mean that htc block miracast softwarely and on One X+ need to resolve this situation soft. too. Because WiFi direct connected to miracast dongle (prestigio PMD1) fine and wait the screen from my device.
Can i connect to Samsung Smart TV via Miracast?

Thanks for the advice but I couldn't save the build.prop file after Editting it. Any other solutions?
First get R/W permissions in for example ES Explorer, then try to save build.prop

Thanks for the advice. One thing I forgot to mention in my last post is that when I open the build.prop file, I don't see any lines that mentions miracast or anything related to that. Do I just copy that line and paste it in the build..prop?

Make sure you are on 4.2.2. If you are, then it is there, you just mistakenly overlooked it.

Sometimes we see that play store is saying "can't establish a reliable connection" but all other apps are working well with Internet connection.if you aren't a root user u have to simply restore your phone. But root user need to work with hosts
1. Install "root explorer" on your phone.
2.go to root tab.
3.here you will see a folder "etc".
4.go to "etc" folder.
5.here you will see a file "hosts"
6.change the writing permission from "ro" to "rw".
7.long press your finger on "hosts" file.
8.select "open with text editor".
9.here you will see some or many ip address.
10.now just put a hash symbol(#) before the second ip. Like this #127.0.0.1
11.but if you see some extra text before the second ip like this "#ads_blocked_by_lucky_patcher#". You have to remove this. Then put a # before the second ip.
12.save the edited hosts file.
13.exit from root explorer.
14.reboot your mobile
This tips work must
Thanks to everybody

system/usr/idc.
It that folder you will find 3 files.
Open, with a text editor, the file called "clearpad.idc
Try Root Explorer.... its a better explorer in these cases
I using Xiaomi8(dipper) and the OS is PixelExperience(Android12)
I try modify device information and then I modify the /system/build.prop and /vendor/build.prop
ro.product.vendor.brand=newinfo
ro.product.vendor.device=newinfo
