[Masik Marshmallow] Now On Tap not working - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

As the title says, I'm using Masiks Marshmallow ROM. I have tried enabling Now On Tap from the Google app but that option ia grayed out.

Suspicious icon

Today I connected my phone to a wifi and then that icon pops .Does anyone know how to fix it or what is it?

In the EVA9 update, the option for hiding this notification has been removed from developer options. Anyone found a way to hide it again?
