Help! Samsung Galaxy S6 rendered useless - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I woke up today noticing that my Samsung device kept rebooting. I thought that was pretty odd so I tried to enter factory reset. However, instead of going to Samsung's factory reset screen I got to Kingroot's recovery screen (This happens every time). Everything is in Chinese so I can't figure it out. I rooted my phone a couple weeks ago and this has never happened to me before. I don't know what to do and much help is appreciated... I use my phone for a lot of things.
I already tried using Odin but it kept failing, it would always fail at "Nand write start". Tried the image I was supposed to flash at ( http://stockroms.net/file/GalaxyS6/SM-G920F/Netherlands/T-Mobile/G920FXXU1AOCV_G920FDNX1AOCV_TNL.zip ) but that didn't seem to work, so I tried pretty much any of these; http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmo...irmware-sm-g920t-firmware-odin-guide-t3077706 tried different usb ports too and both my laptop and computer.

Samsung Galaxy S2 Recovery mode/reboot loop issues

Hi
I have a problem with my Galaxy S2 where it's in a constant reboot loop and the only way to stop it is by taking the battery out.
I'm sure that if I do a factory reset it'll go back to normal.
The problem is, I can't back anything up because as soon as the phone boots up it restarts.
Is there ANY other way to back up my photos and videos etc?
I have NOT rooted the phone
Cannot find any solutions online
I'm currently having this problem too. A couple of days ago it kept rebooting in a loop. I took the battery out and left it for a while, then let it charge. It seemed okay afterwards. Now today it keeps rebooting, and the past couple of days it has refused to charge the battery because apparently the battery was "too hot or too cold" (don't quote me on that) so I'm very confused. Just now though the battery was about half-charged and it still went into the reboot loop.
Something else you should know is that like the OP it has the stock OS on. It isn't rooted or modified. I don't want to factory reset it because I have spent so much time customising it (with apps) and it would be a pain in the ass if the problem still existed afterwards. One thing I must ask the OP is, did you recently get a 64GB MicroSDXC card for your S2? I ask this because I did a couple of weeks ago and it's been working fantastically and was said to work fine with the S2, but I'd like to explore any possible reason this reboot loop is happening.
Thanks.
Edit: To confirm I deleted the cache and this didn't help. I don't want to hard reset...
I've just done a factory reset - I hadn't realised that it only affects my apps and not my files.
The phone is ok now.

[Q] Reboots

Hey people!
I've had my Ace Plus for a while now, and there's one problem that's getting on my nerves. A year or so ago, I rooted the thing, and then accidentally updated the OS- causing it to be soft-bricked. I fixed that by following one of the many guides and reinstalling android, and it works perfectly now- except for the random moments where it reboots without warning, sometimes more than once per day, sometimes not for a week, when I'm using it, but also when it's just sitting there or on the charger. Especially the last is annoying, since it will not reboot but just show the battery status if charging.
Seeing that the problem started after I bricked it that first time, I don't think it's an app that's causing it. I've tried 'unbricking' it a few times (always following guides). I also tried underclocking it (no result) and I even tried running a logger overnight a few times, which also didn't manage to catch the reason for the reboot when it did happen.
I did repair my sister's bricked phone once by not only flashing the PDA file, but also the bootloader, csc, modem and pit file. Is that what I need to do with mine? If so, where do I find these?
I still see it as a fine phone, and even though I'm ready to go get a better one, I was wondering what else I could try to find out what is happening/stop it from happening.
Thanks in advance, even if it's just for reading!

[Completed] A story about my freakishly hard bricked LG G2 F320L. Help needed!!

This is my story that happened with my LG G2
I recently purchased a LG G2 F320L, a refurbished one, from aliexpress(I think this was the biggest mistake of all)
I got the phone, I started using it, used it for 20 minutes and just installed antutu benchmark and ran the app and started the benchmark.
Firstly, I'd like to mention that the phone just got warm, just like other phones, during the test. While the multicore performance test was going on, the phone turned off, all of a sudden (Battery was as low as 9% when I started antutu benchmark). I thought that, it was because the battery was too low to run a benchmark app and turned on the phone back and waited, it just showed me the LG logo for 5 seconds, powered off, ended up with a bootloop. :crying:
I thought that the OS or the bootloader got corrupted and stuck and also thought that I could easily fix it by flashing boot.img or the original .kdz using LG flashtool.
I connected the phone to the PC, it was charging from 9% (That means, low battery isn't the reason for this problem). I waited until it charged till 25% and tried turning the phone on again, but, the same bootloop happened again. I downloaded the .kdz file for my exact model and prepared to flash it using LG flash tool. Unfortunately, the phone came out of download mode (Whilst the flashing was going on) and started with the bootloop again. I really got scared cause the flashing was interrupted indefinitely. I didn't know what to do and I just googled how to enter factory reset mode and I finally entered factory reset mode and chose to reset the phone completely. But, it has happened for a while and continued with the same kind of beat-up (But I was able to enter the factory reset mode later on, though) I was pretty much scared at this time and I gave the phone to one of my friends. I showed him the factory reset mode that was still working, but not useful, and I tried resetting 3 to 4 times but couldn't come out of the bootloop. But, suddenly I couldn't enter factory reset mode and the bootloop became pretty much faster that before (Just showed me the LG logo for 3 seconds and rebooted with the same bootloop). Now, no factory reset mode, download mode, and no charging either.
I got to know that it was a really serious hard brick that has ever happened to one's phone!
I handed over the phone to another one of my friends and he dismantled the phone and tried something, then connected to the computer and the computer detected the phone and QHUSB mode was saying 'Searching Windows update' with a loading symbol. He just stopped it there and told me to take it to a good service center (An expert, of course), and he also told me that I was supposed to ask him, to make the QHUSB mode work.
But, after he gave me the phone back, the bootloop was still happening, just like before, but, instead of LG logo, it was showing some bluish white lines on the 2/4 on the screen.
I haven't got time to go to a service center till date, as they might cost me more than I invested on my phone.
This is really serious problem and I need to enter the QHUSB mode and I need to flash the stock firmware cleanly. Please anyone give some time to read this thread and help me out in this situation. AGAIN, I have used the phone for like, just 20 minutes when it was in a working condition.
So, I request any experts to help me out, suggest me the solutions.
Sorry for my bad English, though.
Thanks in advance.

Only boots if I hit factory reset, RSD won't work

I have this Photon Q that I got for like 8 bucks that I use as a dashcam. I have another one so it's not a big deal if I can't fix it, but I'd like to if possible. I unlocked it and put TWRP on it, mostly out of boredom, and put CM 13 on it. Works pretty well, but it stopped charging when the phone is on. It only charges if it's off now, even though it fully recognizes the USB. It's weird. I tried loading a stock backup I made, fails every time even though the backup I made with CM on it works fine. Tried restoring completely with RSD Lite, which also fails. Also, if I try to turn it on normally it goes into fastboot saying "flash failure" and will only boot if I go into fastboot mode and select factory reset, even though it doesn't reset the phone or anything, just makes it boot normally.
I've had like 3 of these phones, my first one I used for about a year before it fell 2-3ft from a couch onto a carpet and now it has no video whatsoever. No idea how that happened and it's definitely the board, not the screen. Now I have a Pixel so I just use it as a backup/dashcam.

Phone freezes every now and then but is now in bootloop after reset with ODIN

Hello, my phone started to freezes some months ago without any reason. And the only way to get out of it was to manually restarting the phone. I was thinking it was caused by some apps or corrupted files so I tried to install a new firmwire with ODIN and it didn't works still having the same issues tried many times without any success so I gave up and continued to use it with the freezes since the end of november it doesn't bother me much because it happens only every 1-2 hours. But the freezes are getting more and more frequent so I tried to reinstall the firmware again with ODIN. I rooted my device at first but I removed the root since the freezes started. This time, I can't even finish installing the firmware because after ODIN finished transfering the files and when the phone is trying to install the firmware, it freezes and after this I'm forced to restart the phone but after the restart the phone is in a bootloop and I can't do anything. I tried again to install the firmware even with Smart switch but nothing works.
If it's still in warranty I would advise you get it back to a samsung service centre. Having said that you May have problems when they check it, as you rooted it and triggered knox.....still worth a go

I went to samsung and the they just put my phone in recovery mode and said that I rooted it and asked 360$ for a new motherboard didnt even bother doing anything other than that. All they said was "Yeah it's normal if you rooted your phone, it will start to lag and freezes after sometime you need a new mainboard for 360$"
I had the same symptoms as yours, just started for no reason. Tried everything. Samsung people can be full of s-*t sometimes.
I wouldn't consider it normall at all. I would say samsung released a lot of s7 lemons.
If you unrooted it, do a factory reset. Then run it with out running any /or minimal third party apps for a week. You probably tried this anyway.
I would still stick your neck out and open a repair request on the Samsung site, if it's still under the warranty.
They would send out a courier to pick it up if you requested it.
May be a different technician wouldt pick up its been rooted.
Sorry I can't think of anything you could do.
Yeah im starting to think that my mainboard is really dead.
