[Completed] HTC ONE M7 TWRP issues - XDA Assist

I got a moto 360 recently but I need android 4.3 for android wear app. I currently have android 4.1. So I though I would just use TWRP to flash a more recent version of android on my phone and that’s when the problems started.
problems I have:
TWRP cant mount anything so i cant find my rom.
when using adb it just says waiting for device (usb debugging enabled).
basically all the stuff I try fails somehow and I’ve given up on google and come here for some more relevant help.
thanks in advance
(btw new to the formums so sorry if i posted in the wrong section or something)

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA assist.
Please look at these threads if you haven't already:
[RECOVERY] TWRP touch recovery
[RECOVERY] ClockworkMod Touch v6.0.4.6
The OP has said that you can not mount USB mass storage unless you use adb commands or using a usb otg.
If you have any further questions, please create a XDA account and post them in the One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good Luck! - gsstudios

You should try a different version of busybox and see if it helps. In any case, you need to ask your queries in the HTC One M7 Help Section over here:
> HTC One > One Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > So you came at XDA-Developers to find help? (Beginners Thread)
Or create a new thread in the Help section:
> HTC One > One Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Please keep in mind that XDA Assist is not a support forum, Our team members will only point you to the correct direction and once you reach there, other RC's and member will help you our!
Thank you!

[Completed] Boot loop on Android 5 - Android 4 is fine

Hi there,
I tried installing http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/development/rom-simpleaosp-t2932090 but my Nexus 4 is now in a boot loop. Before that I had a CM12 alpha installed and I'm afraid it did something to /system and /data since TWRP can't repair the partitions.
Lollipop factory image also does not work. Other flashed ROMs (with Android 4) work just fine.
I already checked the md5s.
What can I do to fix this?
You will need to register so you can ask your question. This thread has a dedicated Q&A section here
Good luck

I don't think this is a issue related to this ROM but to Lollipop in general. Nevertheless, I will post there as well.

[Completed] [Q] Linux "dd" android device full disk

Hi, please do you know how to mount the full disk (all partitions) of an android device so that I can make a "dd" backup for another phone? (same model) Thanks for help!
ooops sorry! I'm in the wrong forum, can you move my thread to the right place please?
Hi,
I can't have it moved, because you never mentioned any devices?
Though, if this is about your PC more than the devices... Or multiple devices issue, you should ask for help here...

[Completed] [Q] Rooting my Nexus device "from scratch." few questions...

Hey, I recently got a Nexus 6, and instead of installing CM as I usually do, I'm going to try rooting and using Xposed. The trick is that I use Linux exclusively, so I can't use the one-click installers. It's a Nexus, so unlocking is a piece of cake, and I know how to use adb and fastboot to install a custom recovery.
From there, I'm not totally sure what to do. I downloaded the SuperSU zip from chainfire, which I'll install from twrp... Then... Do I need to install busybox or something? I guess I'll have to side load xposed after that?
Also, not sure what the update path will be after that. I guess rooting will break OTA... So what do I do?
Sorry for being such a newb! Thanks!
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. You can find your specific device forum here (bookmark/subscribe this):
Nexus 6
All information for your device can be found within that specific device forum. Within that section you will find a dedicated q&a sub-forum:
Nexus 6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I'd suggest you do some reading in your device forum, see if you can find your answers there. If you can't find your answers go ahead and ask your question in the q&a section I linked you to just above, that's the best place for it.
Good luck!

[Completed] Please Help! How do I revert back to my custom ROM? [Asus Zenfone 5]

I yesterday Flashed Cynogenm Mod 12.1 on my Asus Zenfone 5. This was the first time I ever flashed ROM on a device. My device runs fine but both of my sims are not detected!. Also, root access is not enabled even when I changed the root access to apps and ADB from developer options. Whenever I open SuperSU it says "There is not SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem! If you just upgraded to android 5.0 you need to manually re-root - consult the relevant forums for your devicce!" . I am in great trouble! please tell how can I switch back to my previous ROM or if the sim issue can be fixed. Please reply quick! Thanks!

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist and there is no forum specifically for the Asus Zenfone 5 at this time but I suggest that you ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. I see a thread there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/asus-zenfone-5-zenfone-6-to-t2839984 that contains many links that might be of interest to you.
Good luck!
