When i load the subtitle i need to.sync it every 10 minute but i dont see the subtitle.......in old version it was vertical....so please back to it

What do you man by vertical sync..?

I can't send image to show you.....search on image google ( mx player subtitle synchronization )...the first photo shows you how the option subtitle synchronization is horizon and appear obove the subtitle.....that what i mean.....in old virsion it was vertical........thank you

I think it's a little bug, but very annoying.
I offten use MX Player for watching music video clips on android car media system. I have a lot of folders with lots of videos.
After turning on media system and starting MX Player I usually pick the button (in menu) that continues playing a last video.
All is ok, video plays - no problem, after that starts next video in this folder - no problem too.
But the problem is - after playing the LAST video in this folder MX Player stops and displays list of folders! Not list of files in folder started in, but list of folders! I think it's very annoying to seek the folder in list every time.

Would you check Settings > Player > Back to list ?
If this option is checked on, MX Player will return to video list instead of playing next video.

Oh, no! In that case MX Player will stop after each video!
I think what Albert is saying is that right now, when all the videos in a folder is completed, MX returns to the root folder list. What I read as Albert's request is that when a folder is finished, return to that folder's view instead of the root folder list.

Ok I misunderstood AlbertAS's request. @AlbertAS Please try latest test build. In this build, folder list will auto-scroll to the position of last folder.
Therefore you will no longer need to scroll down to find next folder. https://sites.google.com/site/mxvpen/translation/test-build

Is it possible to impalement the playlist features including the following:
1) Added multiple folder and files into MX Player playlist
2) View and Edit playlist by MX Player playlist UI
3) Indicate the current playing file during playback on MX Player playlist UI
4) Import popular playlist format like m3u, m3u8, and wpl into MX Player playlist
5) Export MX Player playlist

It's also one of the the planned features of 1.8.x.
According to the developer it will be supported later via minor updates to 1.8

We regret to inform you that the playlist feature is unavailable at the moment. However, you can select the folders and files and start the playback from the menu or top bar to selectively play the files. Hope this information helps you.
hi,i use mx player pro on android tablet but...
1. i dont like because i cant find when add usb stick and i have more folder with video file i cant play all in playlist.
2.i cant find option to make round buttons next,play etc,and they are also very small in size !
you can update,when ? for 10-11 inch tablet !
3.in playlist file name not have nomber ! exemple: 1.xyz , 2.zyx etc .
This app received new update or no?
Why not update with full playlist, if i have more folder i cant play only individual, i whant to play mp4 full video, like 1,2,3...1000

* Switch to another app (e.g. in order to type the subtitle text into google translate)
* Switch back to MX player
==> The video is still stopped where it should be, but the subtitle text is missing

BTW, from where you are opening the video..?
Can you collect the logs & upload here immediately after reproducing the issue?

The video is an .mkv-file opened from an "external SD card".
Testing some more, I notice that the video is not always back to the exact moment where I paused it, when returning to MX Player from another app, there may be ~2 seconds difference.
But even in those cases when video is back to what looks like the exact frame where it was paused, the subtitle text is gone.

This is generally a function of the old subtitle rendering mechanism. To be certain, it's only the current sub line that's gone right? Ie, when you play the video, the next subs still appear?
If you try the beta version, which has a new SW subtitle rendering engine, this should be improved.

Tried the latest 1.8.4 nightly, and now the subtitles seems to be displayed correctly when resuming (but it hardly ever resumes where it was stopped, but about 1 second earlier).

Go to Setting- Player and disable fast seeking. Then the player will find the exact frame.
Hello,
There’s a subtitle error that happens every time I swap from the mx player app to another app while a video is opened, or when I close the phone screen,
When I return back to the said opened video (on device offline video), and try to fast backward in the video, the subtitle (which is also offline) doesn’t show up on the entire section before the resumed part,
And even when I try to swipe on the subtitle itself backward, it acts like the resumed part is where the subtitle actually begins,
I’m currently using the last version of mx player free (1.22.8)
And I’m using redmi note 8 phone.

There is a mistake in the Subtitle pop up menu. -Tap on subtitle icon -Select Online Subtitles There is a mistake, instead of Subtitle, Stereo Mode is written.Using mx player 1.40.3

There are other bugs also like sometimes volume bar goes on to notch screen
