ayuda al foro tengo un motorola atrix 2 de at&t el cual intente flashear con Rsd lite y me marco error ahora cuando lo enciendo me aparece primero el modo Flashboot y necesito que me ayuden a poder teminar de flashearlo o a instalarle otra rom porque creo que anda virus esta todo loco.

llevo dos dias intentando rootear mi samsung galaxy core prime LTE y no consigo rootearlo ya probe con todas las apps que sirven para rootear y tbm e probado con los programas para pc encontre este archivo G360H-root-kernel.tar en una pagina lo que pasa es que termina en H y el mio termina en M es obio q son kernel diferentes y no se si existe ese archivo para mi modelo pq me canse de buscarlo por favor podria ayudarme a rootear mi galaxy prime LTE

La tablet de mi sobrino tenia control parental , se elimina la cuenta porque ya es mas mayor y al hacer restauracion de fabrica google me pide esa cuenta que ya no tengo. he hablado con la tienda donde se compro , me han hecho acudir a huawei , ellos me dicen que tengo que enviarla a servicio tecnico con el coste correspondiente y no me parece justo .
He probado mil metodos por internet que no funcionan ya y queria saber si siguiendo algun tutorial como el de eliminar gestor de arranque y despues rootear e instalar un firm nuevo podria ser una solucion, teniendo en cuenta que no tengo acceso a activar el modo depuracion dado que no puedo pasar el bloqueo de google al inicio.
Por favor estoy desesperado, espero que alguien me pueda ayudar
