i just rooted my mi4i on miui 8.5 and as miui is very slow on this device im thinking of flashing a custom rom, plz suggest me some good stable roms

I just bought a new Poco F2 Pro phone and I don't like the MIUI system at all. I want the experience to be as close to stock android as possible. with that said, I have no idea how to install ROMs and what ROM should I install. Can someone direct me to some guides that can help me figure it out? thanks for the help
