And it will be two variants available. One which is going to stay and won't be modified this is made as a "restore" system if you soft bricked and have no backup.
The other one will get improvements, changes and hopefully lot more

Got Bootloop?
Try clear data and see if it isn't any app related issue.
If you think you soft bricked because phone restart once on galaxy s5 neo boot screen you're wrong. Just let it reboot "twice" this has to do with superuser installation.

@svadev for hes deodexing tool which was the only one worked
@Chainfire for root
TWRP Team & @Dees_Troy for official TWRP
Echoe Team for their scripts. KudoS! @rovo89 @wanam for maintaining xposed for Samsung 5.x devices which started by arter79? @google for android @samsung for their wonderful over bloated devices [emoji14]

well done LastStandingDroid. Do not try yet but i'm downloading it to see.
I installed kernel audiator to see a little bit more about stock kernel : only "interactive" governor is available, and only "cfq" as e/s. Don't know if more governor is needed nor e/s.
Anyway time to finish to back up my device to make test again
Just a question : Do we need to flash your recovery to have seenforcing disable or not ?

No kernel is integrated what you have before will stick, so if you have a permissive kernel installed already it will be there. Didn't integrate kernel since when it comes more it is always users who will change kernel.
Anyway work time will bee free from time to time
Also if you want to add supersu and init.d in feature zips you want to create for yourself or public. Check the zip structure.

I assume it's because of pushing it to system partition rather than extracting files to a mounted system.
Also xposed just don't want to get installed . . .

Not sure what you mean.
I doubt this will change much in storage. Specially "free" system storage. If you mean ram I have no clue.

Theoretically it should drain less ram due to less application being active in background. I haven't dug into it that much

Here are some results from custom kernel with S7275RXXUANC1 ROM. I made only some benchmarks test.
1st image is oc at 1.5GHz
2d image is at 1.2GHz (like stock)
3d image is stock kernel
Perfect benchmark results, but does the kernel perform well on daily use?

Am using it one day now and it's working without any problem. Am testing my battery to see how long will last and then will oc to 1.3Ghz to test again.
21 hours and have 71 percent battery normal use.
Well done! As users report your kernel goes well

I don't know if this is a problem in the picture above, but on my tab 2 the time state of cpu are working better. it using cpu speed how much it's need.
wow, is great stuff,.
after flasing that kernel, my Ace 3 LTE S-7275R was so responsive now especially from unlock screen,..
everytime when unlock the screen, phone will feel laggy at first few second,. now all that is gone,.
and the wifi really improve too,.. my phone getting same speedtest result just like my laptop now
before flashing this kernel, the wifi connection was not that strong and performances is always feel like something bottleneck the speed/connection.
amazing job
great job .. and did install the SET CPU app, and it is already overclocking at 1.5GHz :good::good::good:
oh i am on S7275RXXUANC1_S7275ROXXANC1_DBT

I use TWRP, so maybe try that. Yes the ROM takes time to install but that is normal. the bootloop might be due to corrupted file, try downloading it again and flash with twrp.

Just figured it out. You should be on TW ROM and kernel before flashing it. I had also flashed it over DU 9.6 but no luck, then i just flashed TW based custom ROM using the recovery and then again give it a try and ... it flashed and booted successfully... :highfive:

The ROM is coming thanks to Team Superluminal porting it over
This is Team Superluminal AOSPA 6.0.1 (android 6.0.1 marshmallow) port for your Xiaomi mi4c 3gb/32gb
Paranoid Android is a custom ROM aiming to extend the system, working on enhancing the already existing beauty of Android and following the same design philosophies that were set forward by Google for Android Open Source Project.
Not tested by us, but users reported ROM is working also on mi4c 2gb/16gb and mi4s (except fpr)
Based on marshmallow-caf branch.
Proprietary blobs are from miui stable V7.5.2.0 version.

Can you link to where someone with the Mi4S has said this? Before I try it I'd like someone else to guinea pig this time. The usual losses are fpr AND SD card... fpr I can live without but I use the SD every day...

But goahead and try, I've added ther support for aqua. Only that fingerprint is missing.

For the record, just tried it on aqua and it doesn't work. You get the TWRP error:

And installation problem is that your device is "Aqua", not "aqua". It's because of your recovery. I'll add " Aqua" support to the next build.
