I want to change the phone language but it's just Chinese or English language installed . I can also install other languages ​​?

Yeah, a custom ROM would be the way to go to get more languages, unless you are keen on doing a lot of translating to the strings.xml file

So basically BLU Pure XL is the Knockoff of a Chinese phone... what a twist...

Don't forget that its also the Allview x2 soul Xtreme too. That's the European version.

It's a rebrand, not a knockoff. The original "XDA" phones were rebranded HTC devices running on the old Windows Mobile OS.

Can i create a custom rom for Allview Soul x1 ?

Hi guys, I have a question. My friend have Allview soul x1, android 4.2.1 and he want to install Android 5 on it. Allview doesn't official android 5 for this phone. It is possible to create a lollipop rom for this device ?
