Probably the whole motherboard is dead... Because from what you written, it doesn't give any signs of life. So I would rather send it to a warranty repair (if you have it still left)

p3113 does not start

Hi guys,
My p3113 shut down itself 3 days ago (battery was not empty)) and I cannot start it since (normal boot or download mode).
In addition, when i try to charge it, I have an exclamation point and it does not charge.
Did my battery passed away?
I'm in stock rom, rooted (no problem before)
Do you have some ideas to resurrect it (no warranty...)
Thanks for your help!
no warranty? do you buy from the black market?
p.s: p3100 launched on april 2012, and have at least 1 year warranty

I bought it 2nd hand because I wanted a US version (with infrared) in Europe, and I don't have the original proof of purchase.
That's why I think the warranty won't work.
do you see the "Galaxy Tab 2" logo at first boot ?
There is nothing on screen, pressing the power button just do nothing.

Try to charge it even for 10 hours is their any sign of life when you connect charger try after connecting charger by 10 minutes and also try after 10 hours of charge to press power button for even a minute do you see any sign of life
Have the signs of life disappear after flashing it via odin or cwm?
Did a water come near it or is it damaged or fall from a height?

I will try this evening to charge it for 10 hours. but, when I plug it, I do not have the charging animation but an exclamation point... That doesn't sound good...
I flashed CWM, but is was like 2 months ago and I did not have any problem until now.
I didn't damaged it, but It's 2nd hand.

Perhaps you're rigth, but I think the previous owner is OK. I managed to recontact him and he accepted to send me the proof of purchase so that I can try to use warranty. I think he would have just ignored me if he had damaged the tab himself.
Unfortunately, I read on samsung website that they do not provide warranty service in Europe for devices bougth outside Europe...
I will try it if nothing can save my tab.
Anyway, thanks everybody for trying to help me.
I also have bad experience with 2nd electronics goods (both from 2nd or black market with reduced price), I think they are selling it because it is failed/broken products from the manufacturing plant, and they just wan't to sell that broken stuff so they still can get money
I won't buy any 2nd electronics anymore (except for cars, & house)
After several plug-unplug, I managed to have the charging animation and after 10 minutes of charging it finally started normally!
By the way, I don't know what to do now. I'm petty sure It will have problems again in the future, because it seems to be a hardware problem. I think the only solution is to try to use the warranty with the proof of purchase of the first owner when it will die again.
Do you have some better ideas to fix the problem?
Thanks for your help.
The best way is send back to samsung service center.

Dead Nexus 5?

I just got this very neatly used 32GB Nexus 5 and on arrival yesterday afternoon it worked well except for the reboot problem the seller indicated. I flashed stock all over and rooted and installed ElementalX kernel for tap to wake and everything was going well, until last night when it just up and died on me. I thought maybe the battery was drained and I plugged it on the charger. It wasn't charging so I left it overnight. On waking up the phone is still dead. Doesn't charge, doesn't boot, nothing. I've opened it up, disassembled it to check all the parts, and everything looks fine. I also tested the battery by touching the tip of my tongue to the connector and I got the normal tingy feeling indicating the battery still has juice in it. I also checked the two LDIs and they are all still white; no water damage. I'm just at my wit's end now and considering getting another motherboard if that would fix it, but I just want to ask if there is any hope through any kind of fix before I commit to getting a new motherboard.
It might be that ?

Thanks for your response but my phone is not even booting up at all. It's just dead. Not booting, not charging, nothing. Thanks again.
IF you press power and the volume buttons and connect it to computer, did you have in device manager something?
If it was something like QHSUSB ... you can try that (it use and LG debuging software who reflash the nexus all at stock like in the factory) : http://forum.xda-developers.com/goo...-unbrick-nexus-5-stucked-qualcomm-hs-t3043301
If not it was possible that the EMMC is dead
I hope i have help you

I tried that but nothing comes up in Device Manager at all. The computer does not detect the phone in any way at all too. I think the motherboard is dead. I ordered another working Nexus 5 with a broken screen on ebay to use and swap out the motherboard.
Thanks for your replies. I appreciate it.

No response from mate 7

Here goes the story.
1. One day i was using my phone and battery was about 23% and phone got off.
2. After that i pressed power button, recovery mode, recovery mode, nothing happens.
3. When I connect to charger battery logo comes with red in colour and no animation after that. Only red led blinks.
4. Even afte charging phone to 10 hrs , same condition , with charger connected same red battery logo and red led blinking. , Withou charger , no response at all.
Please help me what can be the issue?
Needs repair. Failed battery or charging circuit is likely.

I ordered a new a battery. Meanwhile, I got my phone opened and I removed the battery from motherboard and then connected charger, this time boot animation comes for a second and it gets off.
So might be its battery the issue.

Did a new battery fix the problem? I have an Honor 6 Plus (HiKirin 925 also) that's having the exact same issue.

Yes i have got my phone repaired. Its not the battery. Go to a known mobile repair person. Get your phone opened. Check for short out capacitor near the battery connector on motherboard. Either get it removed off the motherboard or replace it. Basically its like a fuse acting as a barrier to power on device . good luck.

Mi 10 Lite blue screen of death

Sorry if it's not the correct section, but I don't know where I can ask this.
My Mi 10 Lite just shown a blue screen, I don't know why, now the phone is completly dead
With a multimeter, I saw that with 5V 0.48A are drained, I tried to disconnect the battery and 0.15A are drained
I tried to turn on with and without battery, it goes to 0A and then back to that values
I tried even to do volDown and power button, it doesn't work
What I can do?

This is a software related forum, when your device doesn't start up as supposed, there is not much we can diagnose to solve your problem.
If you still have warranty, then send it to Xiaomi, if not I try a local repair shop i would suggest.
Sorry pal..

I think it's probably a hardware problem, I noticed that battery goes to 0% quite fast to declare the phone dead ahah
ASAP I'll ask to some local repair shop, warranty expired years ago
I hope you get it fixed.
Good luck.
