[Q] Micromax A110 Canvas2 DEAD!!! Any help Appriciated!

Hi Guys,
I Tried a very stupid step to update my Canvas 2 Jellybean(already updated from ICS to jellybean 4.1) device to upgrade to Jellybean 4.3.
I downloaded a Jellybean 4.3 stock ROM from XDA forum, don't remember the exact details about the ROM and the link now. But, will let you know all the exact details later if required.
The thing is while i was trying to upgrade the jellybean 4.1 to 4.3 SP tools gave a msg that you cannot upgrade. So, i replaced MT loader file for 4.3 with 4.1 and the bootloader file was missing. SP tool gave a warning even that the device my not work but still i started the process > after the process completed my device went dead completely.
Now it's not powering ON, no LED's glowing, Vol up+Vol down + Power button is also not working.
Then i formatted the device using SP tool and tried all options like download, upgrade firmware with jellybean 4.1 stock ROM to get back to previous state but nothing is working.
Now, even i am unable to load jellybean 4.1, which used to load easily in my device!!!
If you need any further information please let me know and is it possible i can make my device working now without going to Service center?
Please, Help!

How to combine splited rar file to flashable zip files..

Hello any developer or moderator kindly help me ...
Here is my story.
Few days back i bought lg optimus vu f200k from korea.
Its working good coz its having 2gb ram 16gb rom 1.5 ghz dual core Qualcomm processo,
4:3 hd ips display.
Stock 4.1.2 version.
I have been interested to install cm or any other custome roms .
Rooted, recovery installed ..everything went success for first boot.
Second boot there is an error
Lg SECURITY ERROR.
After solving of this issue ..
Later digging through all search i found a cm based custom rom 4.4.2 version
The developer uploaded as split rar format.
He mentioned in his blog that download of 3rar files will extract automatically as a one flashable rom zip file.
But unfortunately this was not happened it is extracted as a folder file.
Please someone help me out in this.
If they want i will upload on 4shared or mediafire.
Please tell me.
I apologize for my bad english.
Thanks

When you open (not extract) part 1 with winrar it should show up the .zip file.
Its not like that..it seperately extracted not as a zip..
I tried on other desktops. ..without luck...

How about using another rom? You should bring your phone back to stock and working before flashing any newer versions as you really can't know if the rom works...

[Q] unable to flash custom Rom and update cwm

Dear Devs.
My MMX A110Q plus(stock v2) is unable to flash any custom ROM. My device is rooted and CWM v5.5.0.4 is running. I have tried updating recovery to v6.0.1.2 and v6.0.4.7 by mobile uncle tools and SP flash tools v3.1312. In both cases updation or flash is success but it always fails too boot on recovery mode. After selecting recovery mode, Canvas boot logo will blink twice and will boot normally to system.
Fashing of custom ROM like CanvaS4, suvi v16 or Miui 5 will get success but while booting, Canvas boot image will keep booting.
plz help.....help.

Now that's just stupid... the instructions clearly say you must have more than 70% battery to flash a rom.... use sp flash tools to flash original rom (see the unbrick method)

Karbonn a93 what to do

Hello
I have followed xda since I got my first Micromax a70. I recently bought a new Karbonn a93. It has an mtk 6572 chip set with 4.2.2 (jb?) The first thing I did was I got mtk droid tools and created scatter file. Used that file in sp flash tools and did a read back creating a file that I loaded in mtk droid tools, auto created cwm and saved the backup folder. I flashed auto made cwm with sp flash tools. I also flashed the patched boot.img it created. Got supersu zip and flashed it. Phone is working perfect. I use only root explorer.apk and xposed installer for transparent status bar. No problems so far. Cwm backup created and saved. All this after murdering two phones. I am happy and wish to thank xda for the excellent work you are doing. I have some questions l, I hope I am posting in the right forum.
1. Is mtk droid tools and sp flash tools safe? Never knew anything to create cwm automatically so bit apprehensive.
2. Supersu superuser and superuser by koushik datta, which is best and why? Can't update koushik app
3. Any suggestions about xposed installer I mean what all is recommended for good performance?
4. What suggestions does xda have for me to upgrade to kitkat?
Thank you once again , you helped me root this phone in one day. Keep up the good work. Will buy this app soon.
Oh and yes. The patched boot.IMG I flashed, it didn't change to.secure value. Then what is that patched boot.IMG?
Thanks
