Hi Guys, i just got myself (Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 GT-P5110) today and i´ll like to flash a custom rom but don´t know where to start from, do i need to unlock bootloader to flash CWM or any Good tutorial where to start from ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks m8, i did actually and found the same thread but coming from HTC device i wasn´t too sure if that was the right tutorial but i finally got it working thanks anyway.

hey guys I've just tried to unroot my galaxy gio gt5660v and now when i turn it on it just does boot loop and i really need my phone as that i have a business to run.
Is their anything that will stop this or is their a file that will stop this?
My friend recommended downloading the stock ROM but i cant seem to find that ROM?
please post any links or helpful tips that will help me threw this.

take a look here or just enter http://samfirmware.com/ and search
search for s5660 NOT s5660v the last one in list is your s5660v !
to make download link available you have to subscribe here!

Only "force mode superoneclick", but I don't see any force mode in superoneclick..
Is there a special driver for that phone I have to use ? Where can I find It ?

I know it is not the same phone but other phones have been hanging for the same reason. You should read through it. Also superoneclick doesn't have a 'force mode'. I think that person was just being plain unhelpful. If you were on gingerbread you could have tried the program gingerbreak but it won't work on 4.0/ Sorry but i cannot solve your problems. I hate it when I let people down. I have no experience with your problem so it is hard to help. No other people want to help so I tried. Try searching your device on XDA. or read through that thread i gave you again.

Have you tried "Market Enabler"?

Looks like I am at the same stage as you now.
The DoomLord thing worked for me.
I know have ICS 4.0.3 with a build date of 2012/06/30 flashed to my phone
Clockworkmod installed with english menu
Root access
But still I get 'server error' in Google Play Store

It is the Sophone V75 with MediaTek MTK6575 processor and 3.5" Retina screen.
It is a copycat 4S and looks identical to the GooPhone Y5.
If it helps anyone, the firmware I got from a Chinese factory had he descriptor of:
MT75 H910 ICS
It is ICS 4.0.3 and claims to be IOS 5.1
I think the CPU is an ARMv7 Rev10
8Mp rear cam and 0.3Mp front cam
960*640 retina screen
512+512 RAM/ROM and a 32Gb Micro SD in mine.

Alas no it did not work.
I tried flashing the REX3 firmware from that link to my Sophone V75 and it did not want to boot after that.
I had to flash the 4.0.3 firmware back on and thankfully it booted

hello,
i wanted to ask how to even get into recovery mode...it shows an android with a red triangular icon ....i cant even try flashing other roms with this problem :crying:

I've been get hype when i receive my first android device (galaxy tab P6200) so i search for tutorial on how to root and flash new firmawre.. i did everything in the tutorial but suddenly.. odin has stop working. when i boot my P6200 it turns out to be softbrick.. sorry i'am kinda new on android scene i've been on ios scene before o didn't think it would be harder to find a solution on android... ive spent 2 straight days finding downloading firmware ive even search xda for this matter but no luck... i can still access download mode but odin and Heimdall still give me such error that prevents me to fix my device... i'am kinda losing hope so i try to post here to see if its still a chance for me to recover my softbrick device... hope someone could help... insanely beggin....:crying:

Hi all,
My lenovo s820 got stuck at LENOVO logo and nothing happened after that. Seems like it will stuck there until the battery die. I've google some answers/solutions and I tried to re-flash the stockROM using flash tool. But, I got an error and I do not know how to solve it.
Error : BROM Error. S_FT DOWNLOAD_FAIL (4008)
Can anyone here help me on this. Really appreciate your help. I've attached some picture as references. Feel free to drop any ideas.

Try to flash stock any other way then go to recovery -> wipe data/cache -> yes. If this works let me know.
