Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Because it is Android 5.1, I was going to suggest KingRoot, but you have already tried that.
Since it looks like you are the first to ask for this device, all I can suggest is to check the options in the root directory and maybe chronicle your progress in the rooting/unlocking forum (you will need to register for an account to be able to post a thread in this forum). The latter has the advantage of finding users with the same goals (or those in-the-know).

I have tried kingroot but it's not working. After the 70℅ it says it's cannot be rooted. What will I do.
Plz give a suitable and safest way to root and also plz list down the following steps for rooting.
