hello Master,
My galaxy tab 7,7 was eror cant loading, always restart boatloading of samsung, does anyone know how to solve my problem, can anybody tell me where i can download the file oh the (.PIT, BOATLOADER, PDA, MODEM and CSC) for galaxy tab 7,7. I already download the firmware from the sammobile firmware for galaxy tab 7,7 and flashing use odin v.1.85 but it still eror because there is no file of (.PIT, BOATLOADER, PDA, MODEM, and CSC).
thank's so much for your help me
all those files was inside that big tar files... just download and unzip the files from sammobile until you got 1 files with .tar.md5.
you can delete the .dll files... it wont be use... ever...
then in odin. just load the files at pda section and flash the firmware. that's all
okay so my Samsung tab3 lite was rooted but I did something and now it is stuck in CWM-based Recovery v6.0.4.8 and I have the basic android ROM downloaded on my computer and not sure how to fix this problem Is it possible for me to put the ROM on my sd card then install zip on my tablet? I have tired odin but it can never find my ROM
Any help would be amazing!
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You are on the right track to Odin the stock firmware to get your device working again. But you need the stock firmware, not a rom zip. If you've downloaded the stock firmware it does download in a zip format but you need to extract that so you end up with a .tar.md5 file. Use that in Odin. Also see this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-3. It's the forum for the tab 3 and does have some information for the lite version.

I have downloaded the firmware but odin does not see the firmware at all not sure what I am doing wrong but could I put the firmware on my sd card then put it in my tablet and install zip?
Have you extracted the firmware zip? Use winrar or 7-zip. You need to use a .tar.md5 file in Odin. That's what you'll get if you extract the stock firmware .zip. Use that in the PDA or AP slot in Odin, depending on what version of Odin you're using. See this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...08-2013-odin-3-09-odin-1-85-versions-t2189539

I got the md5 file and got it in odin and clicked start and then a couple minutes later it said failed and now my tablet only says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & Try again" so I went to kies and went to Emergency Firmware Recovery tab under tools but it can not find my device
OK, XDA Assist is a forum to point you in the right direction and not to solve your issue. So I'd ask here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-3/help. But use the usb ports in the back of your computer, 2.0 and not 3.0, and try different usb cables. Odin can be finicky.

I am encountering an issue with current andoid version on my note 5 sprint ,
so i have to flash the phone with 4 file , BL, AP ,CP,CSC.

Use SamFirm to download the Final firmware for our phone: DRH1
This is SamFirm: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/general/tool-samfirm-samsung-firmware-t2988647
Attached there's a picture of how it should look to make it download a 4 part firmware. (When unzipped the 4 files are over 4.6 gb)
Planning to use ODIN to flash the stock rom on Galaxy Grand prime g530FZ. I've read that to ensure the user data files are not wiped, ODIN must be specifically provided HOME_CSC file from the firmware archive.
However, all the fw packages I tried downloading only have one .tar.md5 file: <home.tar.md5
Is there any repo that has the multi-tar (5 files) version of the firmware? I am aware, that Grand Prime might be too old of a phone, so its fw could be 1-file only. If that is the case, is there a way to flash the stock rom without losing user data?
I saw thread one ui 5 rom can be downloaded to be update.zip, but I want to know how to download it for md5 to flash with odin. odin can't flash update.zip. so I need one ui 5 firmware.md5 like just other firmware to flash with odin, not update.zip
I already tried to download with manual option by typing manually with samfirm, bifrost, and many tools but it always fails.
You can't download beta full firmware, only possible once stable is out. Beta software always provide as update zip
Only one possibility is there, if any developer dump it and make odin flashable tar.
I understand.
thank you
And how to edit assert in update.zip to flash it into different device?
