i have an Honor 6 H60-L04,
i'd like to install an indian ROM on my L04, (Indian model have regulars updates)
I tried many indian ROMs (B540, B550,...) but it don't works (bluetooth bugs, no eap sim, no keyboard)
i can install the B550 ROM with the 3 buttons method, it finish with success but lot of bugs.
Is everyone knows witch files i must change / modify to change my EU phone to an indian phone

Select network info query, then select vendor country info. Note the country info. If the country mentioned as eu then
Root your phone. And go to cust/hw folder. Rename the folder name "normal" to "eu". And restart. Now you will get indian version.

In cust/hw i have both directories:

eu
normal
seas
spc
small up !!!!!!

I bought this smartphone bit really i was not eble to insert italiano/european firmware.
This morning i went bed at 5.... i am rally sad because it is rally nice, but i can bit read chinese language...
I have vip card too and i do not know if i can use it or not.
I have the european rom, but when i try to upgrade the tel says failed, meanwhile the originali upgrade was taken and installed form net..
What can i do?

Can you tell me if 4g connection works on both sim slots ? i mean i can choose which sim is for 4g ? i know one sim works 4g and one sim 2g in same time.
i just want to know if i can change them through phone software, not physically swap sims ...

No. German. Got today a OTA notice for B121SP02_B122SP06. OTA Update failed like expected. Only SD card update will work. Maybe I try tomorrow...

I tried with sd... and i got failed
OTA = over the air. But doesn't work. So I downloaded the TL10 version. Unpacked and copied to the SD card. Finally worked.

At the moment my tel has: MT7-TL10V100R001CHNC00B122SP06 (updated via OTA).
Are you trying to install the chinese version too? why? is there any european version?

Has anyone tried to go back and success?
I have a G6-L33 from Venezuela (Movistar)
I flashed the G6-L11 because L11 , L22 and L33 are "THE SAME". That is a LIE, I flashed a L11 ROM into my L33 and I lost the home button correct functionality and also 3G and 4G. Now the phone's network is only EDGE.
I will try to do the roll back..
The phone is the same, provider configuration is different, I try to download a Venezuelan Rom to fix it and don't let let me. European roms are blocked in Latino American country and the same on reverse. L11 from there don't work to...

if the european ROM are blocked in reverse how it was possible that I update my Venezuelan phone with an european ROM but I cant go backwards?
I dont now, political thing I think!
I try several roms, and allways says file damage when I extracted.

when I unpack the box and turn-on the device and started it, I cann't see any notification in above the phone screen.
also I put in Sim card for calling but nobody can call me and if he/she calling me I cann't see his name or phone number on the screen while I open Dial pad App!!!!,
In next I should to explain about notification. the problem is I cann't see operator name or 2g/3g/4g band and anything above the screen. It seems same as Full screen window in Windows Desktops!!
the build number is: L22V100R001C64B138
anyone can assist me at this case?

I've been gifted an Huawei 6x chinese version, which I have upgraded.
it mount now the 5.11.16 and cust version. CUSTCHNC00B667.
I was wondering if there is some way to convert it to european by changing che custom version value or flash an european fw.
As far i've found, this model is just for china, isn't it? And as of now i found many topics on this very forum, and also on other, explaining how to remove some chinese fonts or flashing gapps, but not a real answer explaining or if possible to flash an european fw.
BTW: i recall that with other brands like samsung, for example, it was so easy to change region (multicsc)

I have a Huawei mate 8. I wanted to unroot. My model is NXT-L29C185B190. The country is bahrain. I found a stock firmware from another site but the country is Pakistan. Does the country matter when you try to install the stock firmware??

Basically no , it doesn`t matter but you must be sure that the firmware matches the exact device variant / model
What can be missed is the CSC codes which are available only on the country`s firmware , you can google CSC codes

Which is the right model to chose to keep all hardware working but having all Google apps?
