2.mount data,cache,system.
3.clear/format cache,format data , format system
4.install zip file from sd card(please put downloaded zip file root directory )
5.reboot to system( it take some minutes for 1st boot be patient)

*The ROW are created by linerty but as they had a MT6582 (or could not compile the Settings ) & had taken the Settings of MT6589 thus TWRP does not work, since provided protection anti writing to partitions through of recovery(Row cant flash through recovery)
but cn version support twrp(any custom recoverY) and can install any rom through its recovery
most of them cn

I've been using an old version of this ROM since 2009 on my old Spice Mi 300 and trust me , its the most reliable ROM ever made. Its better then MIUI.

U need to flash stock rom's secro.img
This happened because ur device's IMEI is either corrupted or wiped
Fixes :----->
1. Flash secro.img of stock rom OR
2. Only If stock rom installed , install mtk engineering mode apk and then repair IMEI
