Hi, i got my hands on Kurio xtreme tablet and after rooting i have decided to check its bootloader(for unlocking).
Unfortunately extracted boot.img reveals nothing intresting, and im too much of a n00b to do any more . Only interesting things that grep found were "PMDB" and "FSTK".
This thing has Intel Atom z2520 chipset and post.bin has Intel signature. It runs Android 4.4.2 with stock recovery, which is accessible through droidboot.
I belive there is something else hidden in the bootloader partition. Extraction gives 3 files, two .bin files and a key.
Can i get any assistance on this please?

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA assist.
I couldn't find a specific thread that could help you out. Instead, I would suggest posting in the Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum as there is no dedicated forum for your device.

Hello friends,
I have a broadcom based device which I would like to reset to its original stock rom. I am running Windows 8 64 bit. When I am installing the drivers mentioned in forumms on xda, it fails. Now i am stuck with a partially working device. Can anyone tell me what should I do to make these drivers work? Kindly check the attached image.
Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device and issue.
I see you've already asked about this in one thread. If that doesn't help you, you can ask for help here,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!
Thanks for reply

Thank you, there is a thread seperately dedicated for Lava X604. I have messaged the author of thread also, I just want to get the broadcom drivers running so I can reinstall the stock firmware. Any help would be nice.
Then you can post in the thread you discovered, or the section I linked. ?
I want to post a solution I found for the following. Problem is, there is no dedicated section for the tablet that it's about... So, where should I post it?
It's about how to get rid of the pre-installed malware in the Stock ROM of the 10 inch Venstar V140D with an A33 Quad Core A7 proc, but also goes for most Allwinner tablets.
Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA assist.
There isn't much ROM development for your device. However, I would still recommend posting in the Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum as there is no dedicated forum for your device. Please note that in order to post, you will need to create a XDA account.

Hey guys, I know that this must have been brought up again by others but no matter how I tried, I wasn't able to find a working solution. If there is already a link with a proposed solution, please post it as an answer so I can follow it.
Anyway, I messed up with my Lenovo A5500-H tablet and I absolutely screwed it...
I downloaded a firmware upgrade and changed the name of a boot.img.p file to boot.img, flashed it to my tablet, rebooted and, voila! It is now stuck in an endless rebooting... Recovery mode does not work and I can find no other working key combination (apart from Power+Volume up which brings me to the "Recovery Mode" / "Fastboot Mode" / "Normal Mode" selection-none of which works).
I have googled it A LOT and I have come to the conclusion that the only possible solution could be to make a bootable SD card, so as for the tablet to boot correctly.
What I am asking for is for the right bootable file / image for my Lenovo A5500-H tablet. Please help!
