I find method to manually activate the Guest mode in flex 2 and I think in all Lg devices (I try it in LG magna -international version- and it works).
My decvice is LG flex 2 -H950 5.1.1 AT&T - (I orderd it from ebay but sadlly :crying: :crying: recived 5.1.1 preinstalled so i can not flash PR firmware), I root with easy root method.
Steps:
1. working Shortcut Master app. (Lite version is ok), so I need to root the Flex 2 to get Shortcut Master works but in Magna it work with out root, so it depend in your phone.
2. Select screen look for your device (pattern, Knock code, Pin or Password)
2. In the Shortcut Master app. search for word "Guest" .

3. Select the com.lge.luncher2.guestmode.seeting.LGPlusHomeSetting, you can save it in favorit or lunch it directly. .
4. The Guest mode page will appear and you can make it on, you have to set the screen lock type which should be the same type that you choose for your device, you can choose the apps and wallpaper for the Guest user.
5. Enjoy or make your kids have less enjoy
For Magna, it is more tricky as you will not find the Guest mode activation page but you will find all sub pages (screen lock type, the apps selection and wallpaper) each in seperate code, it very clear from the search result.

No need to apologize, everyone started here some time ago with the same limitation
If you have your pictures hosted outside of XDA, you can post their URLs without HTTP:// here for now because it is better than nothing. Later you can correct it to the full form after you will have more than 10 posts. Or you can even report your post to the moderator and kindly ask him to edit your URLs without HTTP:// to the full form

I cant get it to work on Galaxy note(n7000).
Doesn't work on Razr
Just rooted my razr on 6.12.173 and this doesn't seem to work.
Told SU to grant access first time I shook the phone, and now, after a shake, it pops the little message up that su granted access, waits a couple seconds, then launches a "this page cannot be displayed" (as in a webpage you can't go to) that takes up the top half of the screen. Bottom half is black.
Running on a stock ROM, with root.

Some more info from the web browser. From what I can tell, you're trying to save a PNG, and then open it with the browser to zoom it. The error I'm getting is:
The web page at: file:///data/data/com.vrx.screenzoom/tmpshot.png could not be loaded as:
The requested file was not found. /data/data/com.vrx.screenzoom/tmpshot.png (No such file or directory).
I think it should be just '/data' rather than '/data/data', but I tried saving a png to both '/data/com.vrx.screenzoom/tmpshot.png' AND '/data/data/com.vrx.screenzoom/tmpshot.png' and still got the "file not found" error.
Please let me know if I can help anymore with troubleshooting as I'd love to see this app work! Also, the shake has to be pretty violent for it to pick up; perhaps some other launch gesture as an option also?

I've always been annoyed by search widgets taking me away from my beloved home screen to open an app instead of simply popping up a keyboard for me, allowing me to write directly my search query, like the iPhone -I don't care if you're a fan boy or if you hate it, I like that feature, deal with it.
After trying a few widgets, I noticed that all of them insisted on launching a separate app, which obviously means two things: no cool transparency/blur effects were used, and (as a result) my wallpaper went bye-bye every time I decided to search for something.
Anyway, long story short, I decided to give a shot at making a simple widget, just the way I want it, using Zoom and Tasker. And what started as a simple input-your-text-then-click-"Go"-to-launch-the-search-app-with-your-query grew. It grew to the point that I can now present you people with an acceptable build-it-yourself! (almost) fully functional widget.

Actually I am trying to implement a very simple profile, which intercepts all outgoing calls to carry out an action (HTTP post) using the dialed number instead of actually dialing it using the phone but using simple profile it doesn't work as the variable %CONUM update is fishy (sometimes it works, mostly doesn't). I hope using your profile I can get the problem solved.

I really need an apps like this. So, I installed Scrolling Capture-Smart Roller on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and tested it.
Unfortunately, it doesn't works for me I got "List index out of bounds (3)" message (see here bellow image).
I've USB drivers installed on my machine (Win7 64 bits) and checked USB debugging on my smartphone. What goes wrong?

I really need an apps like this. So, I installed Scrolling Capture-Smart Roller on my Samsung Galaxy ss3 and tested it.
Is there a way to stop the auto update to 12? I had to send mine to Nokia to get downgraded back to 11 cause for one thing, it killed the dual SIM capability. Then, i just hate the UI and refuse to pay for apps to fix the look. I have looked everywhere and all the guides say to go to a certain place and disable them, but that doesnt exist in Android ONE i guess. I dont really want to try a custom ROM cause im sure it wont support dual SIM either.
Find the OTA update app and do a adb edit to disable it. Package Disabler has a variant for model other than Samsung, that might work too.
On Samsung's they look like this, ws.dm is the prime offender...

I would not recommend this sites app to anyone. I tried to buy it last night and 24hrs later, I still have no app to download. I found your post from a Google search. Email went unanswered.

Give them a business day or two... jeeesze. Do a charge back on the card if you must. I've been using them for over 3 years, no worries, as I am now.
