[Q] Help On Extracting And Replacing The N8000 Boot Logo

This might be answered already but I cant find anything that I need with the search.
To avoid confusion, the boot logo and boot animation are both different.Boot logo is that Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 logo when you turn the device on and boot animation is that Samsung or whatever(Depends on which rom you use) animation on startup.
So what I need is I want to exctract the stock BOOT LOGO so I can edit it using photoshop. The replace the boot logo with the photshopped one.
But where can I find the Boot logo file so I can extract and replacing it.
Help is appriciated
