I have searched around a lot but have only found like 2 roms for the Sprint version. I'm just curious why and if there is anything I can do to get a non-Sprint version to work.

Hey XDA! Just got a quick question. I recently unlocked my Sprint galaxy s6 edge to work with t-mobile. Now, while LTE does work it don't seem to work as good as my old Note 3. Would flashing t-mobiles baseband work? would it brick my device?
I am wanting to know why I can't find out anything on my phone, I've looked everywhere. Plus, I've tried to install rims and I always get a bootloop. I've never had this much problem with a phone. What is the issue with this one. I'm on G920T1UVU1AOCH Samsung Galaxy S6 (Unlocked, and Unbranded)

Try the Sprint S6 section. Your model is not the same as the rest of the GSM ones.

Hi . Just bought a G925P and Im living in SriLanka so i just want the sprint stuff removed. Im guessing the i can install G9250 Custom roms on this cause ive seen like that on chinease forums. Anyone tried that? If so is there any problems you guys facing? Or whats the most international-like rom for our sprint galaxy s6 edge? thanks in advance.

In short no. The closest to what your thinking is like having a s7edge and instead of running your providers firmware, in your case (T-Mobile) but you got a Verizon phone, you could download and run the "unlocked firmware" for the phone. In this example it'd be SM-G935U if say you had a SM-G935R4(U.S. Cellular), I know you can also flash other providers to the s7edge like verizon to a us cellular phone. Don't think it flys with the s6 like that though.
That's what I kind of figured. Verizon has their phones extremely locked down but figured I would ask before I tried and bricked it. Thanks for the imput and help.

I'm new to Xdadevs, so I don't know if this question belongs here. Apologies.
So my question is where can I download ROMs for my Galaxy s8+ AT&T ? I need the Android 9 (Pie) and I can't find it anywhere. SamMobile only got ROMs for Tmobile, Verizon and Sprint and a couple for "Unknown" carriers, CHA and CCT (I don't know what those letters mean). Should I install these unknown versions? Thanks.
