[Q] Moto g dual sim indian version

Hi Friends,
I rooted my motog dual sim indian version 4.2.2 kitkat.
but 2nd sim shows inactive , say subscription inactive , how do i activate it so i can use both the sims.

i am using oneplus one and i just bought a reliance jio 4g sim but it is not working. ive read that dowgrading your device to cm12 from cm13.1 will help should i do that?

or it is hardware issue and it can not solve with software ?

FRD - L02 , i think it is support dual sim
i put Jio in sim1 and Non working sim in sim2 : see attach files
and when i change the sim jio in sim2 and Non working sim in sim1 : same result in attach files but jio not workink

Indian model FRD L-02 does not support dual sim.

There is no way to activate dual sim in a non dual sim model.
