Instructions:

2.- Delete folders S5 Accuweather Widget: "AccuweatherPhone2014_K_LMR_fHD" and "WeatherDaemon2014_LMR"
3.- Flash the zip
4.- Enjoy
It should work on other versions of Android 5.0, since it is adapted to "BOG5"
crashing
Unfortunately, on OK3 this only causes systemui and calendar to repeatedly crash
