Here, you can find Motoflasher in the thread linked below. I found this by doing a Google search for "Motoflasher.apk", the link I'm giving you was the first link on the list in my search results.
Link to Motoflasher thread.

For questions help with using the tool, try posting in the thread linked below.

Learn how to search for what you need by typing its name in the Google search bar, including what you need it for will almost certainly give you good results for what you are looking for.

I think it would be better for you to tell me what device model number you have.
What issue/problem do you have?
What is it that you are trying to do?

When you say fastboot bricked, do you mean you can not get into fast boot mode?
Can you get to bootloader or recovery mode?
I'm asking because if Motoflasher isn't available for download then we may have to repair your device a different way.
You really need to go to the Q&A forum that linked you to in my first reply to you. The members there will be able to help you. The Motoflasher tool is not an XDA tool, the one that created the tool made a thread here to help people but they are the ones you need to go to about getting it downloaded Motoflasher. Maybe one of the members in the Moto G Q&A forum will have a copy of Motoflasher for you. The Moto G Q&A forum is linked below, ask there.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/help
The members there will be able to help you. Create a new thread with your question or post your question in a thread there that is for your model, find threads that have a lot of recent activity, find someone there that knows a lot about your device.

my moto g dont power on is bricked bootloader :S i need motoflasher for flashing and to revive movile
I can't find an alternate download link anywhere.
I have posted a request for a copy of Motoflasher to be posted.
I also sent a PM to the OP of the Motoflasher thread that I first gave you. I requested a copy from him and asked him to direct me to an active Moto G user that may have a copy of it if he does not have it.
That's the best I can do.
Try your luck in the Moto G Q&A forum and see if you find someone with a copy, check their user profiles and see when there last activity in the thread was. Send a PM to some members there that you think might have a copy of it.

I've been looking everywhere to find an answer for my question but I can't not seem to find the answer. Does any one know any way to root this monster? I'm running on Android 5.1.1.
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Have you tried this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-root-samsung-galaxy-core-prime-t3032893 If you have further questions you can ask in that thread as they are the experts on your device.
It's telling me I can't post, because I don't have permission. Sorry this is my first time using this

I'm sorry and surprised you can't post there. It looks like you should be able to. I'll ask a moderator to look into it

Members must have ten posts elsewhere on the site to be able to post in a development section. I believe that is the problem as you only have two posts. I recommend that you post good posts around the site (they cannot be one liner posts like "thanks", "nice work", etc or moderators will delete them and reset your post count) to get to ten and then try to post there again. If you still cannot, let us know.

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
Sorry to hear about your trouble but we cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist. I see that you have already posted in that ROM's thread, which is a good starting place., but a 404 error is a "file no found" and it's very possible that the file has simply expired. If nobody provides a mirror for it in a few days, you may want to investigate some of the other ROMs available for your device from the list at http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x#romList or ask for advice in the friendly Moto X Q&A Forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/help.
Good luck!

If I knew more about the HTC devices I would have given you exactly what you needed, I tried getting you where you can ask other people with your phone because they would know.
