So I hard bricked my S3. I've been following a tutorial to fix it.
I couldn't find a download for the stock Verizon firmware, but then I found a list of downloads on "StockROMS.net" I can't link it... Sorry.
Which one do I pick? I hope this isn't a stupid question... I've never had to do this before.

Hold on a second.
Before you flash anything tell us what version you were running. No reason to lock your bootloader if you weren't on 4.3.

Do you mean like what did my phone come with? I had 4.1.2. I bricked it when I flashed the International version of PA instead of the Verizon version.

Nope. The tutorial that I found on YouTube involved a 16 gig class 10 micro SD card. The thing is I don't have one yet. So I've been downloading all the files I need so when I get one I'll be ready.

Do you need a link to the thread? I think it's linked in the YouTube video.

Yea I kind of jump the gun and assumed you were on 4.3. That is a stock 4.3 firmware file. If you flash it, it will lock your boot loader.

The one linked is the 4.3 version. You can't flash it anyway. Just follow that thread and it'll work for you. Or you can Jtag it for $30 or so.

Hey guys. I was wondering if anybody had the stock ROM or a nandroid of the stock ROM with everything in tact. I foolishly forgot to make a nandroid of it before flashing Viper one. Any help would be appreciated!

That really sucks. Bet you won't make that mistake again, lol, as it should always be done before flashing anything.
I haven't received mine yet so I can't help you at this time, but even then, if someone else would do it it would be a nandroid and would still contain all of their personal info so I don't know how much luck you'll have. A nandroid could probably be created after doing a factory data reset.
Which carrier and what custom recovery did you use?
Yeah I realized it's hard to ask due to it being a nandroid with personal info. I'm currently using the Verizon m8 with Twrp as my recovery.

It's still asking for permission. I know that with drive there's an option to make it a public link under the share options.

Thanks =)

Downgrading is done with Odin too?
And is SamMobile a safe bet for roms/factory images?

Yes downgrading is done by Odin.all the Samsung firmware can be found on immobile so yes it is safe.

Choose the one for Nexus 5 and extract it. Turn on in bootloader connect the phone to the PC and run flash all file. Wait for it to finish and you're in 4.4.4
With this process you'll lose all data.
