Iam using Sony xperia tipo ST21I.
Can anyone please give me the link to download an .ftf file to relock the bootloader of my device...

i can unlock it but how can i root it ( easy way )?

It's not recommended to flash firmware from another model than yours.

It should work, but as mentioned, not recommended. Most mods from D2303 can be used on D2403 too.
