For me, the best way, is to flash SMiui.

Anything with chinese characters in its name is safe to remove, though there might be more that's safe but has english name

I installed it and it does have all those locales. I think it also has Greek keyboard, which wasn't there with the Finland ROM.
Also, 3G speed is up to what I had with Eclair, so they definitely fixed something.

Maybe I didn't wipe and reinstall, just flash over the orange and re root. It works with the finland though.

no critical bugs, but i dont use ggaps.
In antutu 6.3 ive got 158k
