Installation Instructions:
Flash factory 4.4.2 to set up new partition sizes.
Root your device using Root Genius.
Install a custom recovery.
Reboot into recovery, flash this ROM and do a factory wipe.
Reboot device
Remember to activate Xposed, Gravitybox & Viper4Android.

I cannot select ART runtime. - ART is incompatible with Xposed. Uninstall Xposed & Gravitybox if you want to use ART.
Issues with Titanium Backup - Disable Seperate mountspace option in SuperSU settings.
Issues with flip cover - I have heard that Factory Reset helps.

The stock camera isn't working,u can install any 3rd party camera... Its a CM bug.

Yes you can flash it over RR-N
But you need to wipe system too before flashing MIUI9
And You can use any recovery
TWRP will work too
