With a Pulp 3G Kingroot dont work.
Too Kingoroot, Framaroot and SRSroot dont work.
I hope some type of rooting comes out. A phone without root is useless, it dont even have Massstorage on a Webpage this was listed. No fun to put the Card out everytime, internal
Memory is of course too useless cause it cant accessed. And the phone is full of Advertising,
unable to put a host file without Root.
Perhaps a solution here:
http://pidapso.com/how-to-root-wiko-pulp-4g/
let me know if it works
But to acess the link it ask for to much thinks (cell number, etc.)

I cant download the file. But anyway the description talks about "on Android 4.x" a general description. Sounds not like it really work.
I have a made a Scatter file via a MTK Droid Tool. And have a CWM Getaway Recovery. But if
i try to read the original Recovery from the device via Flash Tool i get nonsense or a empty file.
So if i would try to flash it i cant restore it to original and i think i would destroy the Pulp.
Any new about: how to root wiko pulp fab?
Hello, i've rooted my Wiko Pulp fab 4g with the kingroot apk. Try a second time, my first attempt was also a failure. If you want Xposed, flash "xposed-v79-sdk22-arm.zip" from official xda thread with Flashfire.
I have the wiko pulp fab 3g, kingroot, kingo root, framaroot, one click root, towelroot, iroot, none of this work. Would i drop it to a wall?

Pulp 3G is without "fab" in the name. The only thing we can do is wait.
Im angy too, first i would buy a Getaway(CWM Root available). But its cost 20 EUR more and has 1GB less RAM.
I left the Display protection on the device, if no Root comes out i can sell it again.
I rooted my wiko pulp 3G today, using KingRoot, not Kingo Root, the Kingroot apk you find on google, just make sure you're connected to internet, and done
Well,
Root with kingroot: Checked
Go to Replace KingUser with SuperSU: Checked
Unzip all in /sdcard/mrw/root.sh: Checked (well, it's /sdcard/Download/mrw/root.sh but that should be ok, right ?)
Use adb to become root: Checked
Launch /sdcard/Download/mrw/root.sh: Checked well, there's a bunch of errors, but that should ... no, wait ! Something's wrong... su cannot be found !
Start crying on my shattered hopes: Checked
So, the script used root to cripple Kingroot, preventing any further reinstall and failed to install SuperSu instead.
There lies the only way I know so far to root my Pulp Fab...
I'm f...ed.
EDIT: (follow up)
Completely reinstalled clean stock rom
Used kingroot to get root
Used script to install SuperSu instead.
Enjoy my rooted device
I think the script removing kingroot should be a little bit foolproof. It should not remove root if something wrong happened before. Because there are fools out there, and gifted people should think about us them.
Good morning I with Wiko Pulp Fab 4g I have problems with calls.
When I call someone the first time I click on the contact and closes the call immediately then if I click the second time it works.
But at the beginning I always this problem.
You can solve it somehow without bring it to service? There is have since one month is new, can be solve it by the root or other there is a secret menu that you can enter to modify perhaps the touch screen?
I also did the reset and reinstalled the firmware from the stock Wiko the site but nothing, always gives the same problem.
I ask help.
Thanks so much
Angel

step 9:to go to recovery(ie CWM mode) i needed to enter adb commands 'adb reboot recovery' and i chose superSU

one last thing! what preparations i need to do before rooting my phone? thank you very much!
hi guys! so i've tried to root lenovo s650 using VROOT. and it worked! ROOTCHECKER says my phone is rooted. HOWEVER, after few minutes, it enters infinite 'bootloop', whereas it repeatedly restarts itself automatically. so i uninstalled the 'ROOT', and my phone now is 'unrooted' again and stops entering 'bootloop'.
any ideas? suggestions? on how to root this phone?
also, i got a question! is it required to root my phone before flashing a custom rom?
THANK YOU GUYS IN ADVANCE!

Hi,
I had rooted my S650 with the latest version of VRoot (VRoot_1.7.6.5899_Setup.exe) without problem. Just don't go to EN website to download the VRoot. AVG found trojan and block it. Use the original CN website to download and install it. After rooted no infinite 'bootloop' problem that you mentioned. By the way, my S650 using VIBEROM.
Good Luck...

Good for you mate! But, I've done a little research about Vroot too! Many users said that it is not safe to use, including another root app Kingo Root. BTW, have you tried the latest KitKat ROM for S650?
Hi,
No, I heard KitKat ROM haven't finalized yet.
I need the latest firmware.
Link download VRoot_1.7.6.5899
Code:
pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=3196538490&uk=909936583
Pass: g9sb
OK I finally rooted my lenovo s650... After having it for a couple of days, I can assure you it works fine.
I used iRoot application
Also it is extremely difficult to install custom ROM because major custom recoveries don't support this phone directly.
But making use of the root with xposed and a few other apps.... You can customize your phone to a great extent. ?

Oh, so iRoot is the updated version of vRoot.
I'm new here guys, and I wanna root my Lenovo S650 too.
I read the previous posts in this thread, and this method seems like a good manual way of rooting: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38337401&postcount=5
But the problem is I can't find the link to the tools needed, so I'm tempted to try iRoot, and since it's also easier.
Which is the better method of rooting guys? Will iRoot install some unnecessary/adware on my phone?
Let me hear your opinions!
I don't know if iroot is the updated version of vroot... But it does the job. Although u get a few minor bugs, its worth the pain... I don't regret rooting my phone
just FYI, a dear friend of mine has S650 and asked me to root it, at first i installed KingRoot apk & i did not work then i download VRoot_1.7.6.5899 from baidu which was a pain to download so here are more mirrors (no pass):
http://www.share-online.biz/dl/9GZTRWRN4B3
http://turbobit.net/8x44m58tp25i.html
http://www7.zippyshare.com/v/r8hTjwlr/file.html
after installing and connecting lenovo S650 it updated itself to iRoot and downloaded drivers . i followed instruction (enable usb debug and installing app in phone and running root...) it did root the device with no problem, also i installed busybox,LP,Titaniumbackup,Xposed, and all work gr8. it also installed English version of kingroot which does the job done
Hi There,
Does anyone know how I can root an Acer Talk S (A1-724)?
It's still new but I'm hoping someone knows?
Thank you.
1. Try Framaroot or Towelroot app
2. If above do not work try on computer: Kingo Android ROOT, Root Genius, iRoot etc.
3. Best root method is flash Chainfire SuperSU (hxxp://download.chainfire.eu/supersu) in custom recovery like CWM, TWRP.
PS. When you find custom recovery sometimes bootloader prevent from flash it to your device and the only way is to unlock it.
Tried all the above root methods, still no luck...
Any other ideas? I really need to root this unit since it has a battery issue that constantly states 100% I never know when it's going to shutdown.
How to root Acer Iconia Talk S A1-724 for sure

Bonjour (Hello in french)
I tried so many many procedure during weeks... :crying: none of them were efficient !!!!.... until some minutes ago !!!! :victory:
KINGROOT is great !!!!
Go to the website of Kingroot : kingroot.net
Download the apk file : KingRoot-4.0.0.233-release-201505071219_105001.apk
Put it in your phone
(I was in USB debbuging mod., but I do not know if it is really necessary)
Install it
Run it
That's it !!!!
You can verify the result and the efficiency with some rootchecker ....
Hello guys, I'm new on here so please forgive me if I make any mistakes. I have owned a ZTE BLADE S6 since May 15 and is great value for the price, however It couldn't be rooted after trying various methods and tools. But as of today I went on-line again searching how to root this phone. I can now tell you that the phone is now ROOTED!!! YES ROOTED! using KingRoot-4.1.0.249 release-nolog-20150521_105001.apk. I did try KingRoot before but without success, alas this updated version did the trick. Google KingRoot and click download, once the app has downloaded save to your sdcard on the phone, unplug from computer and and install app using the file manager on the phone once installed open app and follow prompts on the phones screen. You should now have a rooted zte blade s6, to confirm download rootchecker from playstore. PLEASE REMEMBER ALWAYS DO BACKUP FIRST! I do NOT take responsibility for any bricked phones using the above method you DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
thanks and good luck hope it works for you.:fingers-crossed:
There ius no News inside, S6 and S6Plus can be rootet with this Version since 1,5 Month!
Hi! I really want to root my Blade S6, does this method still work??
Yeah, after you habe rooted your phone with kingroot, you can also usw the APP SuperSU me this APP removes kingroot APP and installs supersu + binaries. Root is still there!
Sent from my Blade S6 using XDA Free mobile app
I have Blade S6 (EU variant) and I tried Kingroot and then SuperSuMe and it worked first time. Then I got a message saying that there was a FOTA upgrade available. Downloaded the FOTA but wouldn't install because Rooted. So flash stock ROM (GEN_EU_BLADE_S6_V1.0.0B08) then downloaded and installed FOTA to go to B15 (GEN_EU_BLADE_S6_V1.0.0B15) retry KingRoot and it failed.
Tried EasyRoot, eRoot, BaiduRoot, KingoRoot and all failed.
As last resort installed MobileGo app on PC and it chugged away for about 20 seconds and phone now Rooted with SuperSu installed.
Just uninstalled the MobileGo app from phone and "Jobs a good'un" as they say.
Anyone having problems with adding shortcuts from Chrome to homescreen ? Wifi not connecting to certain 'open' routers and having to dial numbers twice before
pressing send ?
Will rooting my S5 help ?
Do you have a download link to the correct Kingroot for my S6 ?
Thanks
maxmix
How did you flash stock Rom
Did you use a flashtool?,if so where can I find it,I've read this phone is very easily hardbricked and before I do anything I need to know I can easily re flash the firmware should things go belly up,thank you in advance
I found a solution for rooting my D801 running Android 5.0.2. I used KingRoot to gain root access and then Super-Sume Pro to remove KingRoot and install SuperSU. I have not installed TWRP because I am going to stay on stock. It was difficult to find a one-click solution so I hope this helps someone else.
Kingroot has worked for me, too. Nothing else worked, no matter what I did. But Kingroot works great! Thanks for posting.
I have tried Purple Drake, ioroot, StumpRoot, and LGOneClickRoot. None of these worked. I'm particularly chagrined over the ioroot failure because ioroot is listed in the Cyanomodgen installation instructions.
I have not tried Kingroot and am hopeful it's the answer to my prayers.
Could you please confirm your T-Mobile Lollipop software info with mine to make sure we're on the same page? Many thanks.
Android version: 5.0.2
Build number: LRX22G
Software version: D80130c
Woohoo, Kingroot does indeed root the phone. That's the good news.
Now for the bad news. Super-Sume Pro does NOT remove KingRoot v4.8.0 (latest version). I like having a rooted phone, but I don't like having Spyware running on it that chews up bandwidth. How do I get rid of this thing? Brute force delete of binaries?
UPDATE: I got rid of KingRoot via method 2 at https://www.droidmen.com/remove-replace-kingroot-kinguser-with-supersu/. Unfortunately although RootChecker claims the phone is rooted none of the apps that need root can find the su binary because the SuperSU installation failed. Effectively the phone is un-rooted since apps requiring root are inoperable. So back to square 1. It's a big steaming pile of you-know-what.
UPDATE: I retraced my steps and re-ran the shell script of method 2 above. This time it worked. Kingroot is gone, SuperSU 2.49 is installed, and the phone is rooted according to root checker. The phone seemed strangely unstable for a while, but seems to have settled into normal behavior. Don't know if that was a consequence of this procedure or is possibly a hardware problem (battery?). Will keep a close eye on it, but for now all the apps that need root have it. Contemplating the installation of TWRP via GooManager, but that's not a high priority right now.
If anyone reading this is a bloatware removal expert (especially with regard to LG & T-Mobile) I'd like to hear from you. Tools that I've seen mentioned in this regard are Titanium Backup, System App Remover, and Clean Master.

Did you by any chance install TWRP? If so, how did you unlock the bootloader? I'm looking for a pain free unlock. Held out hope for FreeGee, but despite claims to the contrary this app doesn't support many G2 variants such as mine, the D801 30c (T-Mobile).

Don't try it with Flashify. It'll destroy your recovery. Before trying any custom recovery make sure you have the stock kdz on hand so you can flash the stock recovery if need be.
UPDATE: I was able to flash the stock recovery.img. Of course that doesn't help as far as TWRP is concerned, but at least you wouldn't have a totally munged recovery on the phone.
UPDATE: Was able to successfully install TWRP using Autorec after figuring out that the SuperSU "Mount Namespace Separation" setting needs to be cleared/unchecked.

Thanks for the info. Did method 1 not work for you though?
So I finally tried to root my phone. Tried the LG One Click Root first and as posted here it did not work right. I have now SuperSU on the phone but I can't grant root to anything. Rootchecker shows no root. Now I tried Kingoroot and SuperSU asks to grant access but I can't confirm it. Looks like I have to first get rid of SuperSU? Stuck here not sure what I need to do the get rid of the butchered SuperSU install. Any tips?
Can someone point me to where I can get the AutoRec version that works on D801 Lollipop?

If KingRoot tells you "Unable to get root strategy" or "Failed to acquire cloud issued Root strategy", try to reboot once or twice before trying anything else!
Hello, the Wiko Pulp 3G have no Root Method. A Phone without Root is useless, of course i dont know that before buying.
I tryed to modify the Rom (Downloadable http://de.wikomobile.com/maj.php?telephone=930).
-Depacked boot.img and change security, change ini all remount ro->rw. No Effect System is still write protected.
-Depacked system.img and add su. Image is not accepted Device boots into Recovery, Recovery tells me that a File
has added. Maybe a Security mechanism against change.
Tools Like superr Kitchen dont able to modify Rom. I have not enough Knowledge to do it, tryed everything.
I just need su and system r/w for SuperUser/ESfileexplorer. Anything other i can change myself then.
If i get no root for this Phone i have to resell it with loss of some Money. If someone do this i will donate for the time&work.
