guys i've a rooted xperia l and want to install xposed framework so that i can use gravitybox to tweak notification bar....havent unlocked bootloader so worried whether it wil work or not? has anyone got xposed working with locked bootloader,stock rom (4.2.2)?

somehow installed it but there aren't many tweaks... Just found gravity box to be useful... Can someone tell me some important and cool modules... Are the modules mentioned in xposed installer safe to install

I havent gone much fgurther as well. I only have "hide stamina mode icon" and gravity box.
Xposed Modules are safe. I am using Gravity box, xperia flip settings and advance power menu.

its safe just install it.
this rom does not have the option to display the download speed on the status bar?

There are various apps that will do this for you. You can also use the XPosed Framework to do it, with teh proper XPosed Module.

Battery mods are hard coded, you should decompile stock systemui, cm systemui and port it replacing properly stock battery code (smalis).. I don't think it's so easy to do
You should use xposed and some module like this

It's an xposed module
You can use that to move signal icon to left
I have tested it and got FC cause it's only for aosp or cyanogen Rom but not for touchwiz ?

as far as i know he moved to a non public board and releasingstill new roms
and he dont want to publish ever again on xda or other public board ..i dont know the reasons
so i dont know if i can share the files here or not ... but i will check this

Only works in AOSP Or CM Based 6.0.1 Roms or may be in 5.1.1 Roms..
The original one does not seam to change icons in cm13, does this modified one allow the change of icons?

No..it keeps the origional ones..
But u can change icons by using CMTE !!
