[JB] [Themes] Xperia NXT Style

Hi,
Here is an Xperia NXT style modification of the stock Xperia L themes. For those of you who miss the changing of backgrounds in certain apps according to the theme like in the previous Xperia GB/ICS firmwares can now enjoy it. With some help I have modified the stock themes so that the background in apps (e.g. settings, update center etc...) change with the theme. Screenshots are attached.
Requirements:
- Xperia L (C2104/5) (may work on Xperia M, needs testing).
- JB (tested on 4.1.2, confirmed working on 4.2.2).
- Root.
Install:
- Make a backup of original themes.
- Download/extract the zip and push the new theme apks into system/app and set permissions 'rw-r-r'.
- Reboot and enjoy!

- MahaDEVELOPER (although this was my idea and I gave the instructions to him, he was the one who actually decompiled, edited and recompiled each theme apk-so he deserves most of the credit!).

Did you set permissions? rw-r-r? Make sure you do so for all theme apks. Other than that they should all work.

[Xperia J]Superuser Mod on Custom ROM??

Recently,Sony release a few new media apps,
Many developers port them to 4.1.2, all of them said walkman need a mod called superuser mod to make it work,
but I am using CM10,which called a custom rom,what should I do in order to using that new walkman ?

beside of superusermod, u also gonna need honami framework to run that app or it will force closed. i have xperia j with latest jb firmware deodexed and i have installed latest walkman, album, movies, home from z2 and xperia keyboard with emoji support (all that i could found on cross devices forum) on my device. they'all worked fine. i was planning to make thread of it but im still kinda lazy. heres what i do:
#first, things that need to be downloaded:
1. sony 2013 full experince framework by @Aeron sagar (for the service.jar/superusermod)
2. xperia z ultra framework xj also by @Aeron sagar that you can found it on AVD ROM thread (for the honami framework) or u can just use the framework from FIXES_FOR_AVD_1.6_V.zip also from the same thread
#second, the execution:
-first method:
1.install Sony 2013 Full Experience framework Through CWM, wait till finish and reboot your phone (its gonna take a while since it will delete your dalvik-cache automatically
2.using root explorer, extract xperia z ultra framework or FIXES_FOR_AVD_1.6_V.zip, and take the framework.jar (system/framework) and copy it to your system/framework directory of your device (replace the old one) remember, only copy the framework.jar and dont copy the framework-res.apk its gonna caused white text even it will give you honami look. soon after you copy-paste/ replace the old framework.jar with honami ones your phone is gonna restart (also takes a while, it will also delete dalvik-cache automatically)
3.wait, till reboot and then you can install one of those new apps
-second, method:
1.extract Sony 2013 Full Experience Framework and Z ultra Framework
2.delete framework.jar of Sony 2013 Full Experience Framework that you just extracted and replace with the one from Z ultra Framework
3.compress it to zip and install it through CWM, or you just can push them manually with proper permission.
#Additional, add these lines on your build.prop
dalvik.vm.verify-bytecode=false
dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=v=n,o=v,m=y
Remember, it only work on Deodex ROM. it works fine on me like a charm. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO TO HIT THANKS TO [MENTION=5034254]Aeron sagar[MENTION] FOR HIS WORKS!
Note: If you need Xperia Keyboard with Emoji Support, You can PM me coz the one from the cross devices forum always force closed. or you can Try @Aeron sagar Custom Rom since it already superusermod-ed and included 4.2.2 framework

Some apps may work not all and if it work also you dont get some features because of missing sony libs&files etcc..

I'm afraid not, since those frameworks are based on stock but you could try it yourself (with your own risk of course) I dont like using custom for my XJ, not stable and has many buggs I'd rather use stock ROM with some tweaks. right now im using pure performance x (I deleted some unnecessary scripts to avoid conflict) pure graphic HD for better touchrender, latest v6 supercharger and seeder (seeder wont turn on since there is crossbreeder included in pure performance x, but I used seeder here to stabilize my entropy. believe it or not even it doesn't turn on, my entropy is good/ stable on high level)

Hey guys, I need some help with something before i attempt it.. I saw on the AVD ROM page for Xperia J the Honami Framework and i was thinking... Since my Xperia J is deodexed, I was wondering if i flashed the framework,will it work on my device?

edit: if you want the launcher completely stock, use just the modified framework.jar and see that to mod floating_feature.xml

[LIVE WALLPAPER] Xperia Z3+ ported to KK devices

Hello there!
The title says it all, I've found the way to install the Z3+ Live wallpaper in our stock based kitkat roms.
Steps (manually):
Pick this zip: http://forum.xda-developers.com/cro...-apps/port-t3122176/post61053516#post61053516
Unpack files to internal memory. Move /lib/arm/ files to /system/lib and give permissions RW-R--R--
Move the .odex in arm folder & .apk files to /system/app, give RW-R--R-- permissions and reboot
Steps (flashable):
Just flash the zip attached and enjoy!

Yes, true! If rom is deodexed then there's no need to use the odex! Just delete it

Odex is there. You can delete it if you want to

*New update*convert lineage 14.1 & RR v5.8 to sony without theme

this is for lineage 14.1 RC2 rom with orginal sony m2 network signal. icons and navi bar without any patches...
what i did was replacing the .png and some files in draw files for every apps so its all the lineage 14.1 apps without any patches..
*after you replaced these files you will get the most close look for the stock theme without using any themes apps and keeping the rom fast and smooth.
what will be changing is:
the signal of the network
the navibar
the icons of most used apps like the stock rom.
****new update 2/8/2018 ( 1 ):
now the same mod is ready for Resurrection Remix N v5.8...the apps in the second post
****new update 2/8/2018 ( 2 ):
1- add the sony home launcher v10.0.A.0.40.
2- add the sony weather widget
**you can use the sony launcher and sony weather widget for both roms LOS 14.1 and RR v5.8..the apps in the 2nd post too
-How too add them:
-the sony launcher you must copy the app using any root file manger to system/app
-the sony weather widget install it as normal.

**new update:
-fixing the home key in the navi bar it was smaller than the real stock sony.
-add the xperia white screen bootanimation.
New update 15/3/2018:
1- add xperia album.
2- add xperia video.
3-add xperia music.

*copy the xperia vedio music and album using any root file manger to system/apps
*for keyboard just install it as normal
* all of them is the latest version and working fine in LOS41.1
-so here is the apps in the attachment.your phone must be rooted for sure. by using any root explore apps.copy them to:
-the ExactCalculator.apk to system\app\ExactCalculator
-the messaging.apk to system\app\messaging
-the Contacts.apk to system\priv-app\Contacts
-the Dialer.apk to system\priv-app\Dialer
-the Settings.apk to system\priv-app\Settings extract the settings apps from the zip files
-the Snap.apk to system\priv-app\Snap ------- by the way the snap ( the camera apps ) is from the latest build of lineage14.1
-the SystemUI.apk to system\priv-app\SystemUI
-the bootanimation.zip to system\media

the rest of the apps has been add . i was have a net problem last night

a new update released. fixing the systemUI file.
--i edit the size of the home key in the systemUI to look like the stock rom much more because i notice that it was smaller
--.and add the white bootanimation for xperia ( the white bootanimation not my work i just add it here)

in the next update i will add the sony video player the sony album and the sony music player and all of them working fine in lineage14.1

i try before to make them all in 1 flashble zip file.but the file size was so big that i cant attached it here

the back button and the signal bar are flipped because iam using the arabic language. if you use the English language you will have them not flipped

yes its working on RC3 i tryed it.but iam using RC2 because its much smother than RC3
