[Completed] how to find exact model of lg g2? - XDA Assist

i removed the back cover of my phone and under the battery it shows d801 but inside the phone settings it shows d802 how do I determine the exact model number.

Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
If you got the phone new and gsvent flashed anything on it then go by what it says in settings.
If you got it used then you need to research if anyone has been flashing the 802 on 801. If so then it is a 801 most likely but might also be able to use what the 802 uses.

[Completed][Q] LTE issues with LG G2 D802 flashed with LS-KK-v3.2-2014-10-10

Hello,
I just recently flashed a LG G2 d802 with a LiquidSmooth LS-KK-v3.2-2014-10-10 ROM, and are facing some issues on getting AT&T's LTE network to work with my phone. I was going to post this question on the official thread itself, but since I had less than 10 phones, I was redirected to a Q&A thread instead.
Was wondering if it would be helpful if I post bugs that I find while I'm using the ROM? Since I love the ROM, it's fast, but I have a couple of issues on auto-brightness, LTE data network support, and other things.
Cheers!
Hi,
The following thread is the correct place where you should ask related questions

This guy probably saved my phone. I was thinking if flashing a custom rom, I would have ended up with black/white lines on my screen. Dead pixels because of overheating, because of no thermal control.
Someone has to do something about it.
Old LG G2 roms/recoveries need to be marked that they don't have thermal control or download links need to be removed. Since they will break your screen.
Hi there,
Sorry sir but here isn't the right place for this type of device specific problems. Please see this forum:

[Completed] LG Leon won't update to 5.1.1 on Metro PCS

Hi guys, so I recently got an LG Leon to replace my L70 and have been liking it so far except for one major thing, I can't update from 5.0.2 to 5.1.1. When I do try to update, it will reboot and all that and begin installing, but then the little android dude will fall over and have just the text "error" at the bottom of the screen and then force me to pull the battery to turn the phone off.
Anyone know how to fix this?

[Completed] LG optimus LTE LU6200 help

hi i have been searching the forums for days now regarding my issue but seems not to find the proper solution so i decided to make a new thread hoping to find the answers to my problem...
i have flashed a rom on my mobile (LG LU6200), which works just fine.. but the only problem is my IMEI turned all "0".. after checking my google dashboard i found the IMEI number there.. so what i did is to go here: csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn="IMEI" to check the proper kdz file for my phone.. hoping it will solve my problem.. but to no success, the IMEI is still "0"
so i was thinking of looking for a stock ROM for LG LU6200 (any version would do), might solve my problem... or if there is a solution to change the IMEI number (i have tried using tools for this) but seems that all available tools are for MTEK phones only.. i would greatly appreciate all the help i can get. thank you so much

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
Sorry to hear about your trouble. There is an XDA area dedicated to the LG Nitro HD (AT&T) at http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-nitro-hd which would be a good starting place if that's the variant you have. If you have another LU6200 model, I suggest you post your question with all relevant details in the general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where the experts familiar with your device will be best able to guide you.

[Completed] HTC One Max original Android

Please, is there any way to return official stock/default ROM on my HTC One Max International (T6ul). I currently have custom ROM (ViperMax) and I would really like to have the original one back, just like what you have when you buy it directly from factory.
Could I maybe return it by installing HTC One max Unlocked/Developer Edition ROM Update (RUU)
Hello,
Try posting your question in the forum linked below.

You may have to find the firmware for your device for your carrier, i don't know if all the cell carriers use the same firmware on your device, users with your device would know that.
If the forum linked above doesn't help you then try posting your question in the forum linked below.
