Hi folks.
First of all, sorry for my english, I'm a spanish speaker.
Now, let me explain my problem. I used to have the Verizon Rom 5.0.1, but in the last few days, my cel constantly went black, nothing worked and I needed to reboot the whole system. I decided to erase All the stuff (factory reset and I've erased All data) and I installed the Resurrection Remix ROM, but the problem is still there. Now the cell ussually goes black (like 4 times in a day), and even in a few cases, it resets by itself. I don't know if it is a hardware por software problem, but I can't use it.
I googled the problem (in spanish and also english) but can't any solution so far.
Please help me!

Is your phone a Moto Maxx or a Droid Turbo?, it seems like a hardware problem, but you should need to provide a little more of information about your phone.

Hi guys,
Yesterday I replaced the digitizer of my Desire S. Everything went well, but when I put my simcard in again my phone didn't recognize it.
Someone told me that it could be due to the fact that I was running unofficial software (Miui 2.3.30). He said that the taking apart of the phone triggers some sort of factory reset which might cause the simcard problems.
So what I tried to do is reinstall Miui (wiped all the userdata, normal and dalvik cache). This didn't solve the problem. I also tried to install CM9 (9.00 alpha), but still no simcard found.
I read somewhere online that switching your pinlock on and off might work. I tried this, but I found out I can't disable the pinlock. Not on Miui, nor on CM9. I tried my simcard in another phone and it works fine and I can change/disable the simlock just fine.
Does anyone have any idea what might fix this? And can the taking apart of a phone cause this kind of problems?
Thanks so much in advance!
Tried rebooting ?
I had similar problem once, a reboot solved it.

If you are a person away from rooting and flashing, just perform a factory reset once
P.S: Take a backup before proceeding with factory reset

Hi, I got this problem for a week. and Im stressed with it...
first occured when using xiaomi.eu ROM, then changed to SMIUI, CM 12, Stable.
some said because I changed ROMs many times, then tell me to wipe data / all & fresh install.
What I've done:
-Fastboot flash (several times Dev & China Stable)
-Wipe cache, data, all. in recovery. many times.
and it keeps restarting whenever Im not using it / the screen off.
for now what I did is play music with muted volume, that way the phone not restarting itself.
------------------------------------------
current ROM the latest china stable.
I hope someone can help me fix this. and I hope its not hardware problem related. haha...
Thanks in advance!

Same problem here. Found any solution ?
same here... mine reboots itself randomly since 3-4 days, i tryied flashing another roms using twrp and miflash with fastboot, removing sim card, airplane mode... and still rebooting
Anyone solved this? or any idea?
I think it's a problem with Deep Sleep. Try seeing through something like Kernel Aduitor if your phones can enter deep sleep.
it's working with the code : *#*#995995#*#*
Hello all. Since this is a new account I guess I cannot post under the development page. So my question is this (sorry if this has been asked before I search as much as I could). I installed this Echoe Rom about four days ago and works great but when someone tries to call me I recieve nothing, sometimes a Voice-mail but doesn't ring or get a notification. Rebooted and no go. I thought it was an issue with the cache/Davilk so I wiped and rebooted but still nothing. So I researched and some android users (pm another site) said you have to switch between Auto/LTE/4g and 3g/2g and back again....finally worked. But every time it reboots I have to do this and it's rather annoying because I get a random reboot everyday. If anyone knows a work around for this would greatly appreciate it because after a day of trying to fix it I'm stumped lol. Thx

I has this issue ... what fixed it for me was just making a backup with TitaniumBackup and doing a clean install of stock firmware, re-rooting and and flashing the rom and then wiping data in the Aroma installer... doing this gave me zero issues .

Do you have Lspeed installed by any chance? If so do you have improve call quality enabled? Disabling this fixed the issue for me so anyone who has this problem and enabled it, disable it and see if it fixes the problem.
HI
New to the forum - all help/ideas appreciated.
I've been having a problem for a few weeks that the battery shows 100% all the time. Obviously that's great in theory except when it then suddenly shuts down at the end of the day without warning! So I need to fix this so I can return to using/charging my phone as normal. I'm on a Moto G 3rd Gen phone, using android 5.1.1. I've tried using external battery monitoring apps - all show 100%. I've tried clearing the Cache Partition, doing a battery calibration (using an app). I'm reluctant to do a full factory reset (unless that's the overwhelming advice) due to the admin of backing up music, photos, videos etc.
Last thing to point out is my phone keeps asking me to upgrade to Marshmallow, which I've resisted so far given I love my phone and how well it works (or did until now). Don't know if that's relevant or not.
Any help/ideas/more info needed please let me know.
Thanks all

Not a single idea? Nothing at all? Hard to believe I'm the only one ever to have experienced this.

OK so I updated to Marshmallow and no change in the battery status. Still showing 100% all the time. Thanks anyway.
Anyone got anything else I can try?

Let's try this. Download stock marshmallow ROM and flash it through fastboot ( clean flash )
Read all steps carefully before flashing
You will loose all your data, take backup before doing that.
Or try different custom ROM

Why are you so convinced the problem is the ROM? I'm no expert but it seems unlikely given it worked great for 18 months and the battery problem didn't coincide with any upgrade/update.
