Sound doesn't work sometimes as in the ringer doesn't work as well? Or just the media?

whats the difference between this Rom and Team Canjica

When i flashed the last preview (20141512) i had no mobile data and i cant even install an app because it says app not installed whyyyyy

i have this problem too...
but i've installed the latest build that i downloaded today.
the problem is i can not install apps from play store nor local apk's on the phone.
i tried to delete my google acount and set it again.
i also tried to clear the play store data and google services data and nothing helped.
what can i do to solve that?

How often you are going to update GearCM? What happens with the updates CM is offering if we already have your version.?

gapps not installing
Every thing worked great but am unable to install gapps, I get failure status 6, I can't install any apk.
I have cwm, tried flashing the minimal and full gapps linked in the main thread .both failed .
Am back to cm 11 sadly .

can someone tell me once and for all the CORRECT RECOVERY that can flash this rom without any error 7???
my S4 is GT-I9500 running Stock 4.4.2
I've tested bunch of Recoveries from Philz, to CWM To TWRP, none work, would app appreciate anyone giving me the right Recovery that can flash this rom.

Used TRWP 2.8.1.0 with full full wipes except internal SD and external SD with no issues

I appreciate the link. I couldn't find it on official TWRP Site. they does not seem to officially support GT-I9500.

The unofficial cm13 rom will be converted to an official rom after the dev finishes taking out the bugs.

Its about the same , but I heard it has deep sleep issues in older builds , so try it out as newer builds are out.

So you recomend to youes the stock kernel right?

I tried installing the nightly version of CM13, but I keep getting a "google play services has stopped" error. I flashed gapps right after flashing too, and no dice. It's kinda frustrating

Install nightly 25 then install vía ota the nightly 26

- it only have chinese and english
- the fix for sensors and microphone form the RR post makes the rom not booting anymore :'(
=> go back to the old CM13 wich works pretty fine

That rom has been discussed already in the CM13 discussion thread and elsewhere, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, you will get nothing out of it. Please update openening post as this rom is nothing but a downgrade.
There is bloatware, only Eng/Chi, no fixes, etc.

Thanks for the info. For the sensor issue,you need to flash the new RR fix for 5.7.4,not the old one,I think. Its available in the RR thread.

make a clean install (the best if you have try a lot of rom is to put the official miui rom before, i use the one from https://xiaomi.eu/community/ )

Good news. We finally booted a 4.9 on land

YouTube Error On CM13 Sprout4

I am running CM13 snapshot build on my Sparkle V Sprout4.
I am unable to play Youtube Videos through YouTube app and even OGyoutube. It constantly shows
"There was a problem while playing"
"Tap to retry"
I installed Android system Webview From Playstore and It worked for sometime.
thereafter the same persistent issue
Please help.

Eh, sorry for the late reply, anyway, try other Roms, like RR/DU/etc.. And yeah, check shreesha's AFH, there was a recent build of AOSiP avail, thats a great rom with a buncha customizations, give a try.

I think Enabling NuPlayer in Development settings works But that option is missing in my settings.
I am waiting for official CM14.1 build so would like to stay on CM13 only for now
Is there any stable nougat rom for Sprout as the alpha build was useless on my Sparkle V

Yes, there is a another Nougat build available, unfortunately it has same bugs as cm14 alpha 1, but RIL patch and WiFi patch makes it even better than cm14 alpha 1, if you wanna try I'll Link it.

That's a full Rom, clean flash recommended.
That's not the ota, again... No dirty flash, just clean flash it.
Rom is of 7.1, so you need Pico gapps 7.1* Goodluck m8!

Same I guess, but I see no one mentioned what gapps. So, you should try only rom.. And it seems Rom's shipped with inbuilt gapps, cuz the size says 300 mb.
Clean flash that's it. Only rom no ril patch either.
Btw, that's your choice you can try either SAOSP or DU11.
It's up to you!!

I had installed this new ROM (dirty flash over my existing LOS 16.0) and everything is going fine, but I am not sure the battery status also fix in this build or not?
It looks in same situation, please anyone shares your experience?

I've been using it since the first official build and battery stats look better since I last tried in January.
One night, in airplane mode, I had around 50% disappearing for no reason. I haven't rooted or installed BetterBatteryStats yet, so couldn't relate this to a wavelock. After a reboot it was OK. This night, I only lost 1 or 2% in 10 hours, so it's OK for me.
On another subject, I cannot use manual network operator selection. No problem for my usage, but it was working before. I'll try to get a log and look into it as soon as I find the time.
I didn't test bluetooth yet.
Generally the experience is really fine. Only thing that bothers me is the camera quality and the ****ty beauty mode that destroys faces. It's like there's a ton of makeup :laugh:

Thanks bro.
I did clean flash the latest released this morning and tring to test the battery status again, and I found the charge speed is quite fast!
Unfortunately, the battery drop also fast!
Not sure it is releated to the battery itself,( probably it is up to the lifetime )or still caused by the firmware?
But it is ok to me and so great that we have official LOS 16.0!

Can anyone help me to test the Instagram on this rom?
Because last Lineage rom cant view story and videos in Instagram.
The video and stories is just keep loading infinitely.
