Audio sync feature is not available yet. Hopefully it will be available on further updates to the upcoming 1.8 (i.e 1.8.x)

I have an issue with tv recordings from a linux stb reciever. standard sattelite tv .ts file with dolby digital 2.0 or 5.1 sound (ac3).
with your codecs i can play video and sound, but the longer the video plays the more the sound becomes delayed....i seems like the sound plays 0,1 sec / minute slower so if you are watching about an hour you are about 10 secs asynchron with the sound. how can i fix this?
new thread for this issue?
thx

Is it happens with all decoder?
If It it's a performance lag, when seek to random position through progress bar it will be on sync immediately after seeking. Then gradually it may go to out of sync (like what happens when you play from beginningl. If it's out of sync even when seek to a random position then the audio track itself might be out of sync. Kindly check it in PC.
If it's possible Kindly upload the video & share the link. I will check it out in my device.

when I jump to a position its still out of sync...at the beginning its fine. it feels like video would run with 24 fps and audio with 23,9XXX fps (or whatever is the exact other ratio), but from SAT STB all videos come with 50 fps. on stb or laptop everything is fine.
i think video and audio are played with differend speeds, so delay increases the further the movie goes.

Video player with Video/Audio sync change for bluetooth

Hi
it is well documented that there is a delay with audio on a bluetooth head set, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a video play that has the ability to change the sync on the video/audio, so we can try and compensate the best we can. Back in the day XBOX media player had this ability, you could change the audio sync within a menu, so you could make it play the video slightly later to make up for the audio delay on the head set
Thanks
I had a lot of audio sync issues with or without bluetooth but since I purchased Dice Player I've had no issues with sync at all and as a plus it handles 720p mkv's quite well. I believe they have a trial so give it a shot.

Playing movies....

So I have an issue where I play a movie off my phone and within like 30 seconds ~ 1 min, the audio dies and the way to fix is to scroll to another part of the movie and it plays again for 30 seconds ~ 1 min. I have a mix of avi mp4 movies. Anyone else have this issue?? Thank you in advance!
It's an issue that several people have, including me. I also have some AVI's that the audio gets very distorted on, but don't cut out.
It has to do with the CODECs I believe, as other types of files will play perfectly well.

That kinda makes sense....thanks for the reply....wonder if someone knows what we are supposed to re-encode the movies at.
Did you tried vplayer, I am using it and never had problems like this.

I installed MX Video Player from the market, and it still goes silent. Then I went into MX Video Player's options and changed it from Hardware Decoding to Software decoding, and now I can play ones that would fail every time within a minute.
Give it a try.

Audio sync issue with 1080p video

I've tried MX Player, VLC & even the stock one & they all seem to have issues with audio synchronization. I'm trying to play 1080p MKV files & they play fine at first, but gradually the audio becomes out of sync. I have confirmed that it isn't the video. Any reasoning or solution for this would be greatly appreciated.
not seeing this with mine at all, I can even skip along and it remains in sync even with 1080p full HD high profile video. Could be a duff rip, are you ripping these yourself or downloading them?
Try BSPlayer. Best.player.ever.
You could try re-encoding the audio from multichannel down to stereo. I've found that these devices stutter and lose sync with 5.1 audio etc.
If you want instructions, I'll be glad to help.
On a not-so-unrelated-note, you could also try using 720p video instead, since the Note's max res is 800p anyway.

Bug: Streaming videos end with restart after pause (low buffering issue?)

Using MXPlayer v1.9.6 on Marshmallow.
Others on reddit and I have noticed that when you pause a streaming video and restart it, it plays a few seconds and then the video ends. I think it might be a buffering issue.

Kindly provide a bug report. Without a proper bug report, it's very difficult to identify the issue.
I have the same issue. Statement above, is clear. When streaming, if you press pause, MX PLAYER will try to Load; Stop; and End Playback.
Version 1.9.10(ARMv7 neon)
Running on Firestick (version 2, 4 gigs available)
mx player, Standard config.
Mp4 file ~500MB 720p max.(can be smaller or much larger makes no difference)
having trouble making a bug report because it is on a Firestick, however I did not always have this problem. Any help to point me and others in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, please.

Without a bug report or log, it's very difficult to understand the actual issue. The issue might be with the server. When you resume the video, MX Player will try to reconnect. If the reconnection is refused, then MX Player will fail to play & close the playback.

I'm having a problem with ...I'm having a problem with the video taking forever to load, then when it loads and buffer, plays for a little bit then begins pause and buffer then play, and so on..This happens the WHOLE time.I'm wondering, what do I need to do in order to get the buffering to stop so I may watch the video in full?

1) your Wi-Fi connection is to slow, you also can't be too far away, WiFi it's being blocked by something metal(tv, cable receiver, pc, speakers, giant fish tank?,...)
2) your internet is being used by other members of the household
3) your running out of RAM or trying to stream to high of quality than your device can handle(use "clean master" to boost your performance before streaming)
4)AND MOST LIKELY, the server you are streaming from is slow, choose diff server, better compression size(e.g. 850MB instead of 2GB) or lower your quality choice 480/720p instead of 1080 or above.
5) your internet connection is slow from ISP e.g. 1500mbps instead of 5000mbps+.
^^WOULD RECOMMEND performing a internet speed test, to see where you stand on most of the above^^
I hope that helps you Nazim. In my case it has always been a slow server. And clean master helps alot if I'm using a low ram tv box/smart TV.

Playback audio when playing at a speed x1.5

I have noticed that after 12 min of watch a show with a playback speed of 1.5 sound and subtitles start to fall behind with the video, even though i am using HW+ mode. All setting are on default except for codex with i downloaded from xda forum.

Hi,
Can you please provide more information about the device and file you are playing. In general, Audio and Subtitle may go out of sync when video lags. It may happen if you increase the speed beyond hardware capabilities.
