Hi guys,
i've bought a Huawei Y336-U02 with android 4.3 so i wanted to update it to 4.4 and i accidently wiped the stock rom and got an error (status 7) when i tried to install the new rom. I've searched how to bypass it and i found some tutorials about deleting the first line on updater-script, when i did that i got error status 6 (failed to verify whole-file signature).
so now i'm stuck with no OS and no cwm recovery mod.
ps: the rom Unicom version is : Y336-U02 V100R001C328B106
any help would be great !

Hi, Thanks for using XDA assist
It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device, however
There is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get expert's help.
Good luck.
Okay, thanks

if it's an official update and you're running stock, you must run a stock recovery to update

Hello guys,
I have always rooted and flashed my device according to this community and I am very grateful of the info here . I own a galaxy s2 at&t (sgh-i777)
and I have currently flashed a CM11 rom nightly compiled with linaro and sabertooth ... After getting some bugs with it I wanted to flash another CM11 rom and I followed all the steps as always and I got this status 7 error . I read here that it was a rom problem but when I tried to flash the same CM11 rom that was flashed on my device it gave the same error about operation aborted and again status 7 error .
So I wanted to ask will this "deleting the assert files on the rom components" fix the problem?
wrong rom flashing?

yes it would solve the problem...is there any possibility you are trying to flash a rom that is not made for your device?
