So i tried to root my s6 and everything was going fine until it rebooted and my touch screen was unresponsive. i don't know exactly what i did wrong and its been almost a week since i could use my phone....pls hlp :crying:

Every time I turn on my samsung tab 3 smt-210 it stays on the screen where it show the title of the tablet and when I charge it, it has a frozen empty battery with a loading ring inside it I did try rooting it before and now I cant use it someone please help.

So ive rooted my tablet for about 3 weeks.recently i went from kingroot to supersu.it was fine the first day after i switched all a sudden it auto turns off and it just stayes there and once it did open its way slower than usual to the point were it unusable.i dont install rom to my device since i knew it was too risky.i tried factory reset still does same thing.how to reset my tablet to when i just bought it?PLZ HELP
