So I recently bought a new LG G4 and i believe during an update it crashed and is stuck in a bootloop. I do not need help fixing as they have will be sending me a new one at no cost. What I want to know is that is there a way to recover the files (music, pictures, etc.) on it? I have about 1500 songs and most have not been backed up. I can't get it to read on my computer so need a different solution. Thank you!!

Hi, my phone is stucked at the Prestigio boot logo, and it keeps rebooting.. i can't do anything with him, even get in to the stock recovery mode, the thing is, i was installing a TWRP recovery with an App called TWRP manager, and after rebooting my phone is like that... please help me, i'll do anything to recover my phone, i need it , please guys.

Hi, I rooted my LG Tribute on Virgin Mobile, and, after deleting some bloatware, I cannot connect to my service. I didn't make a nandroid because I just learned of it lol- I was under the impression that Titanuim was all I needed So here I am, asking for some guidance how to get my phone back to its orginal state so that I can reroot it and then carefully delete bloatware while expanding my storage to my sd card. All of this is new to me, so please if you can help please me be as detailed as possible.

I'm kinda new in this things, at least with my new phone, a LG D610, and I tried to unlock the bootloader to install the CM12, and I messed up my aboot.img, so can anyone help me. I need to get my phone unbricked.
PS: No download mode, nor recovery.

Hi friend, I tried the update my lgg3 At&t 4.4.0 with the lollipop update but I think there was a mistake somewhere, now my phone won't boot , only shows the LG welcome screen and refuse to boot. Please I need your help. Thanks
