PROBLEM SOLVED .
SOLUTION : Use flashtool 0.9.18.5
As mentionned in the title : here's the error :

[Guide] Sony Xperia Arc LT15i Stock ICS (4.1.B.0.587) [ROOT, CWM]

After the official ICS (4.1.B.0.587) update, I searched a lot in XDA forums inorder to root and install CWM Recovery on Xperia Arc. I looked everywhere for a solution but I can't find any threads related to ICS Rom. But somehow, i rooted successfully and installed CWM. So i decided to share it here
Hope you have successfully unlocked the bootloader.

ROOTING
What you have to do is:
1. Extract 'ARC Autoroot v1.zip'.
2. Run the file runme.bat
3. Connect your device to the computer with USB Debugging enabled (Powered On)
4. Wait to enter 'Fastboot mode' (blue light on the notification LED)
5. Press ENTER to root
You have Successfully rooted your device.

CWM RECOVERY
What you have to do is:
1. Install Flashtool on your PC.
2. Open Flashtool.exe
3. Copy 'boot_LT15_431_cwm_v2.img' file to firmware folder.
4. Enter 'FastBoot Mode' by pressing menu key while connecting the USB Cable (In the phone)
5. Click on the Flash tab and select 'Fastboot Mode' (In the Flash Tool Application)
6. Click on "Select Kernel to Flash" by DooMLoRD
7. Then navigate to 'Firmware' folder where the kernel file is kept.
8. Change the file type from "*.sin" to "*.img"
9. Select "boot_LT15_431_cwm_v2.img"
10. Wait for the process to finish.
You have Successfully installed CWM your device.

To enter CWM,
- Reboot your device.
- The blue Notification light will appear after the sony splash screen.
- at that time press the volume down button.
Then you will enter CWM Recovery

Can I still enable usb debugging on a soft bricked Sony Xperia Arc S lt18?
I flashed a new rom without enabling debugging mode. Now my phone starts with the Sony logo then the triangle warning sign with a picture of a phone beside it. After that, it turns off.
(fastboot and flashmode are still available).

flashtool giving error while flashing a rom on xperia p

well i tried to flash cm 11 on xperia p by following the guide on xda but now my phone is stuck on sony logo and aint going any further

any ideas what should i do now ? well i can get into cwm though but it has no rom in internal memory nor did i make a nandroid backup hoping I'd flash stock firmware using flashtool on case i mess up

hey people.. help me i have linux mint..(derivated of ubuntu but in part is different) i need help.. i wanna flash mi cel beacuse he have a brick.. soo.. this error in windows just i need a drive.. in linux is more easyful.. but.. .the error. i dont find a solution.. i windows have many problem with flashtool.. but i solved... in linux i need help..
